We had a fantastic stay at this charming boutique hotel nestled in the heart of Nizwa’s old city. The location was absolutely ideal, just a five-minute walk to the souk, the fort, the castle, and the mosque, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city on foot.

Despite its central setting, the atmosphere at the inn was calm and relaxing, offering a welcome retreat after a day of sightseeing. The property itself felt surprisingly spacious, with a refreshing pool and strong air conditioning that made our stay even more comfortable, especially in the heat.

Parking was a breeze, just a few steps from the entrance, which was a real bonus considering the narrow lanes of the old town.

We had a truly wonderful stay! The house was extremely cozy, spotless, and beautifully decorated with the perfect blend of traditional charm and modern touches. The swimming pool was sparkling clean and very inviting. Inside, there were two lovely outdoor seating areas, both thoughtfully designed, plus a charming swing that added a playful touch.

The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of the main area. It’s only a 2-minute walk to Alaqer Wall and about 7 minutes to Nizwa Fort. There are plenty of cafés nearby and even a small supermarket just around the corner, which was very convenient. We received a thoughtful little gift after check-out, which made our experience even more memorable. The house is a heritage inn with the most beautiful and sophisticated interior design, as if it were a five-star hotel. Very clean and modern. The interior furnishings, including the beds and bathrooms, are very high-end. It is characterized by traditional wooden windows and doors, complete tranquility, with an outdoor space, an upscale family seating area, a small swimming pool, and a very nice hammock. Beauty.
