It would be a long review. my team recommended this hotel based on google reviews, I personally read all comments and decide which ones are true, let me break my reviews into the most commented parts in google reviews and as we are 3 friends stay in the hotel so my review is based on all my friend's feedback.

Hotel Entry, Parking & Elevator [4 star]: A lot of people comment that there was no entrance from the front and the entry was from the back side, it is not true actually the entrance from the hotel is the front side. yes, there is a parking issue due to the small space but it's not that much of a problem as the hotel staff is managing the parking well. there are two elevators installed in the hotel, yes it is a small space elevator but at one time approx 8 people can move up and down.

Hotel Staff & Room Services [4 star]: as lots of people appreciated the staff behavior definitely the staff is very cooperative. the only thing is to need to improve is that after cleaning the room they should refill the courtesy tray /hospitality tray and vanity tray but if in case they forget to refill you can ask them for the required things and they will provide you immediately.

Room & Toilets [4.5 star]: the room space is quite good, the height of the room is excellent, the view from the room is excellent, comfort bedding experience all thing good except the AC, yes the 90% reviews about AC is correct the temperature control is not working I tried everything but it didn't. infect I change the temperature mode to COLD to HOT but it doesn't work, I have to OFF the AC every 1 hour. The toilet space is reasonable and only needs some maintenance, in my room, there was a tub installed but it was not maintained however in my other friend's room they properly maintained it.

Finally Food!!! [7+ star] Breakfast: although the menu is not long for breakfast all the items are so tasty and satisfying specailly the tea. Hi-Tea: again a very reasonable price for Hi-Tea the menu is limited but again the taste is excellent. Room Service Items: believe me the Food supersized the all weakness of this hotel. the taste is outstanding and normally whenever I visited Lahore I prefer to eat outside and a lot of hotel foods are not up to the mark, from 5-star hotel to any other 3-star hotel we prefer to eat outside but this time the blows are minds very tasty food. the only suggestion is to try to maintain the menu book as there was a price difference between what you ordered and what you charged, I asked them regarding this they said they paste a price sticker on the menu when they update the price but it was a room guest who removes the latest sticker in result the confusion has occurred. so it is recommended kindly check the price before the order.

wish I could give it zero stars.|the main reason I want a hotel is for a good night's sleep away from home.||There are a type of people all over the world that alternate between brown nosing |obsequious servility|and obnoxious indifference. |They are the sons and daughters of previously colonised nations that still inherit their inferiority complex.|May people from across Egypt to the Indian subcontinent bear this stink of shame.|SOME of The management and staff of the Grand Luxus Hotel in Lahore have imbued this trait and are nothing of substance beyond the Grand facade of a veneer of a lacquer of faux sophistication.||before coming round this hotel we stayed at their sister hotel in Hunza, and had to walk 5 min up several flights of slippery, water logged stairs in the rain just to get to reception and the dining hall!||The Grand Hotel welcome was ok with a complimentary juice that should have been chilled and fresh but was warm and a powder mix, this from an alleged 5 * hotel!|only their rates are 5 star, the rest is 3 and 4 at best!.||The bedroom was large and comfortable with a good walk-in shower,|and an option of 5 types of pillows. Yay.||Thought we'd have an afternoon nap, after a 7 hour trek from Islamabad but the raucous children in the pool below the room nixed that idea.|Kids are kids, and we didn't complain.||Went out and came back around 11 pm to what should have been welcome sleep that became vexed to nightmare :|the staff had placed an ironing board outside our room, and everyone was doing their ironing and having a jolly loud time with shouting, shrieking and joking!|Why not put the ironing board in their room??||worse was to follow:|when this noise finally abated around midnight, we became aware of the motor of the swimming pool ceaselessly churning and sounding like a strandard whale.||Unable to sleep, I went down to reception to report it at 2:45 am.|At 3:25 it was still not fixed.||I insisted they change my room to a quiter one by midday.|At one 1 pm they still would not give me a room.|When I threatened to post at 2 pm, i was finally given a room, with a wall for a view!
