recently i visited second cup on cooper road their service was slow it took 1 hour or more than that just for prolly a 10 inch pizza n they served us their special kind of soda drinks.. we didn't even knew the price bcz it wasn't mentioned on the menu n even when i paid the price i saw no specific money mentioned for those drinks n the girl standing on the counter her name was Saher something i asked her what are the prices of the drinks n she just said that one of ur soda drinks was the expensive one bcz it was our special one. can uh imagine someone just ordered a pizza of 9 hundred something n drinking the soda for 2 thousand something. it was my worst experience for the first time in second cup. Interior was awesome. Really spacious . This branch was not crowded . Place was calm and soothing. Music could have been better or more relatable it was more like party music while the place was calm and cozy . Coffee was really not what i would ever go for . I’m not sure about the other ones but i had latte hazelnut.. too sweet ..which had no real hazelnuts or even flavor of it .. really disappointing . Overrated for coffee .. overpriced for the quality of coffee. It was such a pathetic experience. I went there with a friend around 6:30 p.m. and they started scrubbing their floors right after they served us our coffee. It was detergent smell everywhere and constant noise of scrubbing which felt as if you are sitting in some horse stable. They kept it ongoing for almost an hour. Later on the place was stinking of the drainage and some slump.
