Hotel Roma Plaza — Hotel in Calidonia

I stayed with 18 families that were going to a christmas party nearby. On the first night there was a wedding party at the hotel and none of us could slept well. The music was too loud and in the middle of the night there was a huge fight at the hotel entrance and the whole hotel heard it, it was pretty scary. We had kids and they all are cancer patients so they need to rest and they couldn't do it. There was no hot water in my room, the a/c didn't work well, the room had an awful smell and only 1 of 3 elevators was working and that elevator got stuck with 2 kids and 2 adults (1 of them from our organization) it took 30 minutos to open the doors. My unit ate here almost every day and used the rooms for showers about 28 years ago during the US invasion of Panama. It was the most comfortable mission I was ever on! Por favor lean por qué este hotel no merece ni una estrella Anoche estuvimos en una fiesta en los salones del hotel. Al llegar al estacionamiento el servicio de valet parking nos pidió que dejaramos el auto frente a una pared y colocaron un auto detrás. Nos dijeron que no nos preocuparamos que ellos tenian los datos y la llave para cuando quisiéramos salir A la 1 am al salir de la fiesta fuimos a retirar el auto y nos dijeron que no podiamos porque no tenian la llave del auto que nos trancaba ni sabian de quien era Estuvimos dos horas esperando. Nadie hizo nada. Simplemente decian que esperasemos a ver si aparecia el dueño Tuvimos que irnos en taxi. Estuve llamando toda la madrugada y la respuesta era la misma. Espera a ver. Quiza al mediodia alguien aparezca... y mientras tanto nosotros sin poder usar el auto Solo cuando dije que iba con la policia y una grua fue que se movieron. Fui a denunciarlos y nadie quizo dar su nombre. Su excusa es que era domingo Un hotel es una empresa de servicio y se debe esforzar por atender a sus clientes y usuarios de sus instalaciones. Las estrellas se crearon como una calificacion de referencia por el servicio que ofrecen Por esta razon no recomiendo este hotel para ninguna actividad. No merecen la calificación...
