When I arrived at the hostel, I was a bit worried because it is new. However, my experience with Evelyn at La Casa de Asterix was truly unforgettable. It has a great location. The space is big and they have a great outdoor patio and bar. They are always willing to accommodate your needs. They make you feel at home. The owner is super personable and will show you the real Arequipa. There are a lot of really cool locals who visit the hostel and it is a unique opportunity to meet young, creative people in the city. They were very hospitable and even offered to take us out and show us what a typical in Arequipa looks like. If I ever go back, I will make sure to stay...
