Stayed here for 9 nights. Very affordable for everything they provided. More of a hotel not a hostel.||||Wasn't feeling well when I arrived in Cusco because the high altitude made me so sick and Nadya, the lady in charge, was nice enough to put me in a room so I could lay and sleep immediately instead of making me wait till the check in time!! ||||The room was cozy and had everything you needed. They would keep your leftovers in the fridge if need be. It was away from all the touristy parts which I like because I like to stay where he locals stay but it was close enough for me to walk to anywhere I needed to be. Breakfast was included and it was great, eggs made to order, fresh bread, juice, fruit and avocado which was great for me because I don't eat meat. They provide hot tea at anytime, there is always hot water and at night they give you a hot water bottle because it can get cold at night and they provide many blankets, soap and shampoo. All the other ladies that worked here were lovely, the cleaners, night staff and the lady that made the breakfast! Nadya was so kind and helpful and helped me with anything I needed to know, gave me do muh information and helped to plan my tours especially since I can't speak Spanish and her English was great.||||The place stays locked, I felt safe at all times! I was very happy here, would stay here again and I highly...

Read moreWe spent about 3 weeks in Peru, and stayed at some more expensive places, and have stayed at many high end hotels on other vacations, and this probably is the best service we have ever experienced.||||Nayda, and the other hotel staff are actually very genuine, and caring people. They were just so so lovely. They give you so many tips to help your travel plans, they are so accommodating whether its about preparing your breakfast extra early, or come with you outside the hotel to get a taxi, or provide you with hot water bottles. They go above and beyond as their main goal is to provide the best service possible.||||Room: Bright, clean, simple, great size room, comfy beds, with a large bathroom. They do house keeping everyday, so it was always so nice to come back to a clean room.||||Hotel: Its more of a hotel than a hostel. Very bright, spacious, clean, has a great vibe to it. ||||Location: It is a bit out of the main touristy area of Cusco, but we actually enjoyed exploring the local area very much. It is only about 15 minute walk to Plaza de Armes, so really its not far at all.||||Breakfast: Amazing breakfast, eggs, avocado, fresh fruit, juice, bread, coffee, tea. And of course, they make sure to look after you very well during breakfast, and check up on you if you want anything more, so we appreciate that very much.||||Laundry: Fair priced laundry....
