Hotel Labrador — Hotel in Trujillo

The Taxi driver recommended us this "Hotel" (three stars?)...we're sure that he got a comision for bringing us there as we saw ater on at the bus station that they're working together. Although we only had to pay 120 Soles (although the normal price for a doble would have been much more), the room was too expensive for what it was: Shower wasn't really hot, no pressure. Breakfast was ok, but they ran out of almost everything before it ended at 10am. But the worse thing was the staff there: really unfriendly and rude. There was a football match in the evening, and 6 or more people were sitting in the lobby watching it on TV...which would have been ok under normal circumstances. We love football :) , but the TV was that loud that we could here everything and every shout of the people sitting in the lobby. As we were really tired from several night busses, we went down to ask them being a bit more quiet (it was already 11pm) or to change rooms or so...but the receptionist was laughing at me, telling me it isn't that loud and just wanted to see the match again. He didn't even try to help or understand. Never...

Pasé la noche de año nuevo en este hotel, para salir un poco de la rutina. Es un hotel básico para un 3 estrellas. Las habitaciones son amplias, las cama cómodas. Tiene friobar con bebidas con cargo, pero no ponen el tarifario. Tienen televisores LED y ventilador. El baño tiene agua fría y caliente, pero las toallas de ducha son muy duras y ásperas, le recomiendo al hotel que usen suavizante y que las renueven constantemente. ||La tarifa incluye desayuno buffet pero no es muy variado. Tienen lo básico: frutas, leche, pan, queso, huevos, etc.||El personal es eficiente. Atendieron todos los requerimientos rapidísimo, pero les falta un poquito de sonrisas. ||La ubicación es buena, esta cerca a un centro comercial y dentro del centro histórico. ||El servicio del wifi esta incluido en la...

Llegue a este Hotel y pues la verdad me gusto mucho comenzando por la atención y la habitación a continuación mi opinión:||||LO BUENO: habitaciones amplias, cama de 02 plaza con almohadas y sabanas en buen estado, luz de fondo al costado de la cama, con frigobar surtido de bebidas, wifi de buena señal, desayuno buffet.||LO MALO: El espacio con la mesa de trabajo no contaba con una luz de lectura.||A MEJORAR: solo acondicionar mejor el ambiente de trabajo por lo demás sin quejas....||EN LINEAS GENERALES por placer o negocios recomendado a solo dos cuadras de la plaza y cerca a buenos restaurantes para almorzar o cenar.
