Villa Urubamba — Hotel in Urubamba

There's no hotel lobby, reception is far from the entrance tucked in a corner, we were never told where the reception is, upon arrival, they sent only one helper to help with luggage, mind you it's a long walk from the entrance to the rooms We left early in the morning the next day and the worker wanted to keep our key, when we came back at night, it's almost 10pm, other than remotely opened the gate, we got no help, had to walk in the dark looking for the tiny office, there's also zero sign, when we finally found the office to get our key, first thing the receptionist said to us was you needed to get out of the room at 10am tomorrow despite our pick up is 11am, did not bother to tell us anything about the breakfast Constantly found bugs in the room, mosquitos, spiders, insects that we could not name The only positive part is...

I had a fantastic stay at Villa Urubamba! This gated property offers a serene and beautifully landscaped environment, making it the perfect place to relax. The tea stations throughout the property were a lovely touch, adding to the overall peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were spacious and the beds incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the Sacred Valley! This place is absolutely gorgeous. The scenery is breathtaking. The service and food was excellent. The only drawback was that the staff did not smile at all. They looked absolutely miserable. Their boss sat at a table and watched everything. It was quite uncomfortable. I went to the restaurant to meet up with and have a glass of wine with my friends. Upon entering the restaurant I was stopped by a male employee. He questioned where I was going and tried to direct me to the bar instead. It was 815 pm. The restaurant is open until 9pm.
