We arrived at 10AM last 15 April 2017 and we were advised to eat breakfast first at the nearby resto to give them time to clean the room. We were allowed to check in at 11AM with no extra charges. We were also guided when we were about to park our car at their garage. (Note: garage is only good for 3 cars though they'll find parking for you in case it's full). The owner is very accommodating, he allowed us to cook our own food and let us use their bbq stand. They even assisted us in setting up the fire for the bbq. We were also allowed to cook our breakfast on Sunday morning. One good thing with the resort is that it is sitting next to a sari sari store where you can buy food, drinks, cup noodles, toiletries, etc. It is well-lighted at night. It's not the fanciest place, but there are room options, there's free Wi-Fi (depends which room you get), and service was great!
No cash? They have GCash cash out service (PHP 60 per 1k PHP). Didn't bring your own transportation? They have tricycle service to get you to the nearest uhmmm..town, where they have convenience stores, ATMs, and a Jollibee. The tricycle service was even free!

This is part of Sabang that the resorts pop up unregulated somehow. we booked a room for 4. The room is cramped and there is a smell that comes out of the toilet ( maybe the sewage line). I guess you get what you pay for. Airconditioning is cold. Internet is fast (PLDT Fibr) we are at the ground floor so free wifi access is available inside the rooms. The beach is very busy with people and somehow littered with trash. even the access road is a disorganized mess in this part of town. the owner is nice as he keeps asking me how can he improve the place. enjoyed swimming at the beach as it has waves and...
