Happynest Rooms — Hotel in Bantayan Island

Ok, this place looks nice, it is professionally decorated and makes an impression. We happened to rent the smallest room and probably would not do that again. They have larger rooms available and those look nice and roomy. The staff was nice, and helpful when asked. The drawbacks were the bathroom area, specifically the shower. It's rusty and busted and basically ineffective. To make matters worse, the stall leaks and as such the area all the way to the sink is under water anytime you take a shower. This shows a complete lack of care, as it is readily apparent. Secondly, they provide a complimentary breakfast, which is served on time, so dont be late .a big minus and there is no drink. No nothing. You can't order when you place your breakfast order so bring something with you. My suggestions, go through the bathrooms and look for non functioning faucets and shower heads. This is the type of accommodations that deserves recognition! It’s perfect! I don’t usually write reviews unless it’s the worst or the best! We honestly didn’t expect much since it’s very affordable but we were speechless! The room we stayed in was so clean and cozy. Not just our room but the whole building itself is very clean, relaxing and aesthetically pleasing.
