We ordered 5 dishes and two of them are buy one take one. We paid 1400 pesos for all of that, I must say that it is not worth it for several reasons. First and foremost, it takes almost 1-2 hours to serve all of the dishes we ordered and what really surprised me is that there we're just few people who ordered at them. Next, they are not that accommodating compared to others. Lastly, the food we're so bland. Let's start with the Margherita Pasta, I think that we just wasted our money by ordering that super bland and disgusting food. I think it was just nothing but a mess. Next is the Lechon Kawali, I must admit that my mom's Lechon Kawali is much much better than their Lechon Kawali. It was so freaking bland, almost tasteless, the thing that I liked on that plate is only the sauce. Then the Lomi. My relatives actually liked it but for me it was also bland but not as worst as the previous food/dishes I've mentioned. It's just like eating noodles with egg and they just added 3 glasses of water and then season with salt and other spices or maybe they just used vitsen. Next is the calamari. That was superb, I really really like it. It was just night and day when you compare it to those 3 dishes. Honestly, It was the best calamari I tasted in my 12 years of existence. Last but definitely not the least in my opinion is the Bam-i. I tasted that Bam-i maybe 3-5 times because my relatives always buy it for the fact that it was delicious.

Based on my experience, having dinner in chef panyang is not that worth it. Consequently, I gave them 2 stars. If you will ask me if I recommend it, my answer...

Horrible and stressful experience last December 25 at their new place across Santino’s pizza, we’ve settled on this restaurant since most of the restaurants are already full , we arrived and ordered at 6:40 PM, and we ate almost 9 PM.

We ordered two separate main dishes but after 15 minutes they told me that the other my order is not available anymore but they keep me waiting for 15 minutes before they realized that It’s not available?? Then she suggested that I should get the same order of my companion, then I’ve agreed. 10 minutes later they served my companion’s order on a sizzling plate ,but it’s not sizzling anymore, and it’s cold not even warm(and also they did not even serve the drinks first ) , 50 minutes of waiting my order is not yet ready! so, I asked the staff why’s my order takes too long , then they hurried up on looking on orders note and goes to the kitchen and after another 15 minutes, my order got served, funny tho is that it’s also in a cold sizzling plate!! what’s the point of putting food in a sizzling plate when it’s not sizzling at all?????food is not even warm!

Also, found out that several customers are also complaining about food’s not throughly cooked and waited for too long!

Very disappointing service ! If not for the live band people will hear the complaints of the...

We had our lunch at the one near the entrance and here are the ones we ordered:

Chili crabs - 4/5 Shrimp - 5/5 Buttered chicken - 4.5/5 Sisig - 2/5 Chopseuy - 2.5/5 Bam-e - 3.5/5

We tried to order their “BUY 1 TAKE 1 HALO HALO” but they said they ran out so we went inside to check the other restos. Lucky enough, they had another resto at the back so we ordered there instead.

The waitress didn’t even tell us that they had to look for ice so we waited for almost an hour for our halohalo. We told her we just wanted the SMALL (P85) size since we were already full and just wanted something cold but she said there’s only 1 size. When it finally arrived, there was no ice cream! Imagine waiting for an hour for a halo halo that didn’t even have ice cream.

We just ate it anyway. When we asked for the bill, they charged us 2 P150 (BIG). We told her we just ordered the SMALL one and we were very clear about it. STAFF WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, DID NOT EVEN CARE ABOUT THE TIME SHE WASTED! We asked to talk to their manager. It’s not the amount but the inconvenience, time wasted, MISLEADING ADS and poor service that we were frustrated about. Guess what, THEY DIDNT CARE AT ALL AND CHARGED US ANYWAY WITHOUT ANY APOLOGY WHATSOEVER.

NEVER COMING BACK AND DEFINITELY WON’T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO...

Chef Panyang: A Disappointing Turn Chef Panyang used to be our go-to spot in Santa Fe, and for good reason. The food was delicious and beautifully presented, and the service was exceptional. Sadly, that's no longer the case. Our recent lunch experience was very disappointing. The gyros platter, a dish we once loved, was a letdown. Instead of the traditional lamb, it featured a pork chop. The fries were cold, and the pita was sliced like a pizza, making it impossible to create a proper gyros wrap. It seems clear that Chef Panyang has become overly commercialized. Portions are noticeably smaller, and the food quality has dropped dramatically. The service was inattentive, even with only a few tables occupied. While past reviews mention budget-friendly dishes and generous portions, our experience, and the current 2.5-star rating, suggests a significant decline. Unfortunately, based on our recent experience, I can no longer recommend Chef Panyang.
