BBQ Chicken SM City Grand Central — Restaurant in Caloocan

We dined in for lunch (May 11, 2025) and I'm disappointed with the service at this branch. Upon arrival, there was no staff at the front to assist us. We seated ourselves at a recently vacated and uncleaned table. A staff member eventually came to clean the table, and we informed her that we were ready to order. She mentioned someone would bring the menu while they cleaned, but the menu was never provided until we followed up—10 minutes later—despite them assisting other tables.

After finally placing our order, we were told it would take 15–25 minutes, but we waited nearly 45 minutes. To make matters worse, not all items arrived, and we had to follow up multiple times for water and our tteokbokki.

Only after we had finished eating and started clearing the table ourselves did the staff come around to refill water and offer assistance.

I edited my initial review and gave 4 stars instead because the fries that was served to us had a hair strand beneath the fries 😅. we were chill about it and calmly told the server that there was a hair strand inside the basket of fries. they replaced it but did not bother to apologize man lang. so medyo off ung part na yun for me. also their ufo chicken set was masarap naman but the price was 1.6k for 16pcs chicken na maliit lng din ang cut. nagulat ako sa price pero dahil gusto lang namin itry eh we ordered it. also ordered kfried rice, bulgogi tteokbokki and caesar salad. all were good for 3-4 pax. for myself i got the dalgona vanilla ice cream. okay din naman. the ice cream was stretchy and the dalgona is, as expected, sweet. ice tea was unli refill, so the server was always there to refill our glass...
