I stayed in this building and experienced one of the most terrifying moments of my life. The elevator malfunctioned two days in a row — first, it wouldn’t respond properly, then it got stuck with us inside, more than 40 floors up, violently shaking and making loud cracking noises, as if it was about to collapse.

We reported the issue to security and the front desk, but no one seemed to care. There were no warning signs about maintenance, and residents continued using the elevators as if everything was normal. After the incident, the front desk’s only response was: “ok, sir.” No empathy. No action.

To make things worse, the building is still under construction. Several floors are unfinished, stairwells are exposed, and dust and noise are constant.

If you’re considering staying here, think twice. This building does not feel safe, and the elevators are clearly an accident waiting to happen.

This property was delayed by almost 3 years and they still did a very shoddy job in finishing the units. I have a condo that has a plumbing issue and the warranty team is very very slow to respond or even try to fix it. Almost 1 year has passed and still no progress in completing it. Like the issue was clearly plumbing but they still say it. just needs repainting, they repaint it and it did not work, now they judge it's a plumbing issue. Like what the hell. If you ever want to buy a unit for this issue, I would really suggest you first investigate if your unit is fully done without any issues to prevent future headaches for yourself.

Update after 1 year: no progress at all and the damage it got even worse. Now they keep on delaying with an excuse that the construction management group hasnt approved the repair but cmon 1 year????? Please see pictures...
