Mariana Guesthouse — Hotel in Cebu

i regret to say that my recent stay at Mary Ann's Airbnb fell far short of expectations. Despite the listing promising air conditioning, it was ineffective, leaving the room uncomfortably warm even at 16 degrees Celsius.

Furthermore, the amenities listed were either nonexistent or subpar. There was no soap, shampoo, oven, or microwave as advertised. The blankets provided were thin and inadequate for warmth.

The cleanliness of the accommodation was also severely lacking. The presence of insects such as cockroaches and lizards was unsettling, and the unclean toilet floor, which was always wet, made matters worse. Additionally, there were no facilities provided to address this issue.

To add to the disappointment, Mary Ann's recommendation of John for activities and transportation proved to be a mistake. John's greediness was evident as he sought to extract as much money as possible from tourists. I've since left a review reflecting my experience with him on his page to warn others.
