MARIAH Transient — Hotel in Coron

+The owner was very helpful and always available to assist us. She arranged with the tour providers on our behalf and gave us discounts. +Free drinking water refill, free unlimited instant coffee w/ sugar and creamer. +Affordable compared to the other properties in Coron. -The AC was too small for the room and took a long while before it cools the room down. It couldn't quite manage a comfortable coolness at daytime with the sun's heat going into the room's window. -No toiletries provided (except towels) but we brought our own so no issue. Water pressure was low; it's easier to bathe using the dipper than to wait for the shower to rinse off your shampoo. -A little bit far from the 'main' Coron area but easy to hail a tricycle from there (Php10 fare).

Perfect place to stay at Coron, close to the city center (10 min walk or cheap tricycle). You can book your tours directly at the guesthouse.|Very friendly family ready to help you if you have any question! Budget rooms with private bathroom and fan or air-condition - very comfortable. There were mosquitos but owner lady gave repellent. She also provided us a barbecue stand when we asked.||The location is also fine - up to 10 min walk to the city center and less to the nearest shop or restaurant.||The only disadvantages were ants...
