Mount Tapyas in Coron, Palawan, is truly a breathtaking experience. The walk up the 700 steps is invigorating and offers stunning panoramic views that make every step worth it. As you ascend, the landscape transforms, revealing a beautiful vista of downtown Coron and the surrounding islands, which is nothing short of spectacular.

The fresh air and lush greenery enhance the journey, creating a serene atmosphere. Once you reach the top, the sense of accomplishment combined with the stunning sunset view is unforgettable. It’s a perfect blend of adventure and natural beauty, making it a highlight of any trip to Coron. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking both physical activity and stunning...

We recently tackled this climb, and it was definitely a workout—but totally worth it! We decided to start in the afternoon, thinking the heat wouldn’t be too intense since it wasn’t that sunny. Boy, did we underestimate that! The climb was tougher than it would have been earlier in the morning or later in the day, but it gave us a good challenge that left our legs feeling like they’d really earned those views. If you’re up for a good workout and love a rewarding view, this place is definitely worth the climb. Just a tip: next time, we might aim for a cooler time of day—but either way, it’s a great spot for...

You are climbing 720 steps to the top. There is a steps count every 100, so you will know how far to go from your current location. It may be hard for some people to go to the top but it is worth it. There are many rest areas on the way to the top.

The view is breathtaking. There are some beaches to enjoy the view. We went there around 4pm and started to walk down around 5pm. On the way back down, we saw a lots of people turned up from tours, maybe to watch the sunset. I am sure you will see a beautiful sunset here but if you want to enjoy the view alone, better to come earlier, otherwise, it will be...

What a view point for sunset chasing in the town of Coron. You also have a nice view for the whole center town of Coron Palawan You need to take 700 steps to go up and down, it usually takes 15-20 minutes per way depending on your endurance. We started walking from the base point at 4:50pm and reach at 5:05pm. We stayed there for almost 2 hours, chasing the best sunset view to capture. I do not recommend anyone to go here thru tour agency by taking their Coron Inland Tour. You need at least 2-3 hours to fully seize the magnificent sunset view from here. Recommended time to visit here: before sunrise and sunset.
