We had a great time staying in this hotel. With its state of the art facilities and high-tech amenities you can never go wrong choosing this as your staycation hotel for the week. We stayed in their twin bedroom price was cheap and I must say it's spacious and my son had a floor to run around and play. The air condition remote is installed and operated on its walls and the room is comfortably cold enough. Flat Screen TV is equipped with Cable and also one of the features of the room is that you'll see a welcome message as soon as you turned on the TV and their Wifi Information can be found in the TV Screen. Room service assistance can be made through their TV screen no need to call them, you just need to access room service from the TV with options such us, additional pillows, additional bath towel etc.... you can also see the prices of each services that you would like to avail... Their rooms and Bathroom are pretty squeaky clean and since they just opened last August the hotel smells BRAND NEW! Our room is equipped with a small fridge, hair dryer, safe vault that can be accessed using your EMV hotel key card, telephone, hangers, toiletries, 2 complimentary water and coffee and water kettle, room service for food is not yet available but there's a Laut Palace Restaurant available to serve you some Malaysian Cuisine which is by the way very scrumptious and deliciously cooked. The pools are located in the annex building, it's newly opened and two pools are available for little children and for adults at 2ft and 4ft respectively. They offer pool towels too, and the gym is also located in the same area where the pool is situated. My son totally enjoyed it. They also have a bar with a view that offers unlimited beers and cocktails and one round of appetizers during Friday and Saturday for 450 pesos only. It's pretty awesome to see the lights from around the city and just enjoy bonding with your friends or family while drinking and just feel the cold breeze from their rooftop bar. Overall stay was absolutely awesome and I would like to thank the following staff members that made us feel at home and was very courteous and the hospitality was spot on!! To Christopher, Dave, Marichu and JP!! You guys keep up the good work and hope to see you again. These guys deserve a raise for doing a job well done!!! I will definitely recommend this hotel to my...

We came with a big group for a football tournament. This hotel is perfect because it's walking distance to the Tionko Football field. There are a lot of restaurants within walking distances (Yellow Fin and Marina Tuna as well as chains like Jollibee or Mcdo). The SM City Davao mall is just 5 min away. 7-11 is near, but note it's a little hard to get to because the street you have to cross has a very long light/wait. ||The hotel itself. |Check in|Easy and smooth. The ladies at the front desk are very nice and they all understand English well. There was a little confusion with the inclusions of our booking. Please note that even if you register your kids in the room, the breakfast is NOT included with it. I felt this was a little deceptive. Usually, if you DON'T register your kids in the room and just show up with them, then there's no breakfast. The price on Agoda does increase based on the amount of people that you register in the room.||Breakfast|It was really good. Variety was great for the price point. The front staff there was so nice. They were friendly. Asked questions and engaged. They were always on time and the food was changed for the 3 breakfasts we were there for. ||Swimming Pool|It was small, but nice! Separate building with showers and towels, so it was great for our group after a tournament. ||Check out|Smooth and easy.||Junior Suite|Great room for families! We had 3 kids and it was so big and spacious. I would recommend it!||Negative|A lot of the rooms had a musty damp smell when you go inside. Some people were able to move rooms. I'm hoping the musty smell came from shampooing the carpet and then not properly airing it. Another room had a leaking Aircon, but the maintenance fixed it very fast. The Breakfast not being included for the kids was...

Our Unforgettable Escape at the Blue Lotus Hotel Our recent stay at the Blue Lotus Hotel was nothing short of idyllic. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of tranquility and luxury. The hotel's design seamlessly blends modern elegance with traditional charm, creating a truly serene environment. Our room was spacious and impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed and a breathtaking view. We spent hours lounging on our private balcony, sipping refreshing drinks and simply soaking in the beauty of our surroundings. The hotel's amenities were exceptional. We spent a relaxing afternoon by the pool, the turquoise water sparkling under the warm sun. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. They truly went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. But the highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the food. Each meal was a culinary masterpiece, a delightful symphony of flavors and textures. From the fresh, locally-sourced ingredients to the exquisite presentation, every dish was a treat for the senses. We especially enjoyed the [mention a specific dish you liked, e.g., seafood paella] – a truly unforgettable experience. Beyond the luxurious accommodations and exceptional service, the Blue Lotus Hotel offered a sense of escape, a chance to disconnect from the everyday hustle and bustle and reconnect with ourselves. We left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and deeply grateful for this unforgettable experience. We highly recommend the Blue Lotus Hotel to anyone seeking a tranquil and luxurious getaway. It's a place where memories are made and relaxation...

Stayed here for few nights. I honestly would say that the overall stay is just average. I expected more for its price. The first room provided to us was very cramped and we felt claustrophobic. The carpet also had a weird smell. We then asked the front desk to transfer us to a different room with a window or view, and gladly they provided it the next morning. Our room was relatively small, but it was clean and newly built. They do not have cabinets so it was hard to manage luggage. In-room slippers were also not automatically provided, I had to ask first. I think the walls were also thin, as I could even hear the alarm clock from the neighboring room. For the complimentary breakfast, everything was pretty average. Nothing much stood out for me. We also tried the Sky View Bar, there is an acoustic singer every night. But the Piña Colada drink is not worth it, expensive but not tasty. Staffs were courteous. But when we request for plates/cutlery, they take more than 30 mins to give it. Overall, we had an okay and safe stay.

The room was ok. The setup was almost similar to 4-star hotels. When we stayed there, the hotel was clean in most of the places where we went, from lobby to rooms to skyview where the restaurant was. We arrived late at night, and while we had a seamless check in, no one was available to assist us with our luggage in going to our room, so my son had to go to the lobby twice. The available breakfast was ok. The hotel could use a little more "life". But for a traveler that would want a straightforward muted, still place, this is the hotel to stay. Getting there was easy, but to walk around outside the hotel to grab some lunch and find a convenient store was quite challenging - lots of vehicles and big trucks as the hotel was located along the highway.
