FairCrown Suite — Hotel in Davao City

ACCESSIBILITY: It is conveniently placed in the center of Juna Subdivision where there are near malls( SM Matina & S&R), restaurants (Balik Bukid, yellow fin, tuna republic, BC Chicken & too many to mention), Schools ( ateneo, PWC, Mapua, St John etc) & Ecoland terminal ROOM: Room was clean simple but elegant. Room fixtures were premiumly placed. CR w hot & cold rainfall like shower. FRONT DESK: When I went inside the front desk there was a sting of smell that i cant understand. The staff said it was a smell of a smelly ulam. Though the staff was accomodating & friendly. MEALS: The cafe was closed so they dont serve breakfast as of this time. They dont have a convenience store walking distance but if you use your car its just 600 meters away. There are also near restaurants & malls around in a less than a km away. PRICE: Affordable.... but elegant. I hope that they could maintain their price w that cleanliness when they get older.

For a room with 900php price tag, you will get more than the worth of your money. Room Space is more or less 35sqm, with 44inch led smart tv, comfy double bed, a coffee table for 2, etc. Equipments and or Items in the room are premium, bathroom has rain-like hot and cold shower, all LED lights, door lock is accessed by a magnetic card and at the same time can be used as electric power activator fitted with timer. The hotel has an elevator serving all floors.. Parking space is located on the 2 sides of the building. If you want a bigger room with own balcony you will pay an additional extra pesos on it, but for sure your will get more than the worth...

Room is okay. It was clean and it smells good. Hot and cold shower is working. However, during our stay, there was a water interruption and we had no water from morning of 5am. Water supply from water tank ran out and they had a problem with the hose. Too bad we had to request water to use for flushing and washing. It was 10:30am when the water was restored. Some guests has to check out early.

Plus factors: With bottled water, strong internet connection and they have a switch inside for DO NOT DISTURB or MAKE UP ROOM so the staff will see the icons lighted up from the outside. Elevator is working well.
