Title: Good ideas but poor implementation

+- I had the Nashville Chicken Burger with regular fries and a Sprite. The Burger bun was small (-) the chicken meat (patty) was smaller (-) if you see the photos of Bazinga the patty looks always surrounding bigger then the bun but it is not like that, you can see the real sizes in my photos. And the price was not really cheap (-) but to be honest the chicken meat taste with the spices and herbs was really nice the meat was not very juicy but also not dry it was ok (+)...

The fries was a small portion and flabby, the taste was ok, they put for the basic fries only salt and pepper so no ketchup or else included...

The Sprite in can was warm, yes they give you a cup with ice cubes, but the ice cubes are made from normal faucet water because it's white and not transparent so they don't care about your health...

The tables, tablets and ground was not clean. If you go inside and show around it feels not clean, I didn't feel well... Small portions... Bad presentation of the product, the products looks listless, no creativity... Price, quality to quantity is not good

Yoooooo! What happened to your burritos????

Got to try out your new location with my son. He still loves your burgers with fries on the sides, still tasty and delicious. But what happened to your burrito? The wrap was ok, but inside, I got a lot of soggy fries and a single chicken tender finger in the middle of the wrap. What exactly happened? I mean it was not like this, not too long ago, in your original spot in crossing Bogo. Back then it has 2 or more chicken tenders/fingers inside a wider burrito wrap and the fries was well done. But now, in your new location, i was a bit disappointed. I was so looking forward to eat your burrito again after I tried it twice in your original location but now, it was not what I expected. Your burgers are still great and tasty though but I guess you guys need to bring back the quality of your burritos, less soggy fries and bring back more chicken fingers inside it. 2 stars for now, I'll be back again to see if there are improvement done in your...

EDIT: The flavor's much better now although it isn't the middle eastern spice that I liked. The last time was cooked a bit burnt, no wonder I can't taste the shawarma rice.

The food I ordered (Shawarma Rice w/ Egg & Honey Glazed Bangers) was generally delicious but there is a slight mismatch of flavor. The Shawarma Rice is missing that middle eastern spice that I'm accustomed to, and also the garlic sauce probably needs more garlic as well. I can taste more of the chicken bangers than the rice itself, but by itself it was good.

Don't take this review by heart because I know different people have different tastes and different preferences. It just so happens I'm used to eating shawarma rice that has middle eastern spice.

Will visit again sometime to try...
