This is a branch along Dumaguete, Northroad. We had a DISAPPOINTING, FRUSTRATING experince today in this outlet.😩😠 We drove thru at around 11:30 AM as we needed to be quick to catch-up an Oceanjet trip to Bohol. We reached the drive thru counter at 11:37, we received partially our orders, except the 3 chickenjoy. We were told to proceed in front of the store ro wait for the remaining orders--the indicated location was FULLY parked with vehicles whose owners were also waiting for pending orders. So I decided to go inside the store to make a follow-up. Upon entering the store, I immediately asked for the kitchen manager and to my surprise, the lady who greeted me, standing at the guard post, was the same peraon I was looking for! She asked me what's my order, even more to my surprise!LOLS! What's a kitchen manager doing at the guard's post when there were a lot of pending orders, the counters are mostly 5-person deep in line, and a bulk order in progress!?!🤔🫣 So upon knowing my concern, she immediately went inside the kitchen, peeked at the warmer, & started to grab chickenjoy from there to assemble my order. My questions: is this now the standard of Jollibee that drive thru orders take more than 20 minutes to be assembled, customers need to make a follow-up 1st, the store management is not anymore aware about the parking condition of the store, and kitchen managers can post themselves at...
Read moreI love Jollibee so I am biased. I believe this is the biggest Jollibee in the city and its one of the busiest aside from the one downtown across Lee. So if you come here, expect a LOT of people, especially around lunch and dinner time. Its a lot quieter mid afternoon, which is when I went to meet a friend today.
The staff are pretty accommodating consider how busy they are, so service is pretty good. It can just take a longgg time because of the sheer volume of customers. They keep things tidy enough. Also, their ice cream machine is always broken ugh.
Since this area gets a lot of traffic since its near two major universities in the city, there are a lot of homeless persons there to ask for money or approach you to sell things. Once I had passed by and a few guys approached me and I think they were high?? But they just asked me a weird question and I walked away quickly. They didnt hurt me. But yeah, thats a thing to...
Read moreJollibee has very good fried chicken. Other menu items are awful like the Philippines version of spaghetti. The service is very slow and staff usually gets your order wrong and will then say it is You who has ordered incorrectly. I understand that this is a fast food restaurant which I would assume that They have menu items already prepared at the time of ordering however, seems that everything I order needs at least 20 minutes to be prepared. I am giving 2 stars only because the chicken is very good tasty and reminds me of the same fried chicken recipe of a fast food fried chicken chain in the southern U.S. called...
