Panawan Guest House — Hotel in General Luna

Located in General luna, about 15mins motorcycle ride from cloud 9.

It is not along the highway but there is a signage showing where it is as you drive by.

Units: A) duplex kind of concrete house (family) B) wooden house (2-4 persons) C) nipa hut style (2 floors) good for 6 people

We stayed at the nipa hut style room because it was the only available room when we went there.

Price: Php 3000 for 6 persons and Php 1500 for 2 persons for walk in guests. But you can still haggle. ✔️ aircon (1 for 1st floor 1 for the second floor) ✔️ electric fan ✔️ hot and cold shower( spacious bathroom) ✔️ LPG and stove plus cookwares ✔️ plates, cups, mugs, bowls, spoon&forks, knives ✔️ rice cooker and water heater for coffee ✔️ glass sliding door with curtains ✔️ emergency light ✔️ water dispenser ✔️ refrigerator ✔️wifi (kind of poor connection)

Host: very accommodating and notifies where the party is going to be held every night.

Cons: mosquitoes, there was a black out in the whole of Gen. luna on our last night at that...

This place is home to me and my friends (group of 17) for a week. It is very near Gen. Luna St. which is the center for tourism in Siargao. I loved our stay. The owner is very kind and generous. Ask about everything that you will need, may it be tours or for cooking utensils and she will help you.

The wifi connection is good and you can cook either with the provided gas stove or grill. Towels are provided as expected. Have fun here, just...
