Messy Burger Gensan (BurgerHouse) — Restaurant in General Santos

Been going to this place for quite sometimes mostly for dine-in.

Menu: The burgers and fries are so good no probs with it. As well as their spaghetti. The chicken with different flavors are a must have. The concern is the overwhelming range of food choices. From burgers, rice dishes, milk teas , juices, steaks and many more. It is hard to pick and try some out becuase of how many choices they offer that i mostly ended up picking either burger with fries, spaghetti or chicken wings.

Interior: The design of the place is so-so. It may be the way the decoration placement are out of place as it gives the place like a coffee-mexican vibes in my perspective. The place feel tight if you walk in. The 2nd floor has more space compare to the 1st floor. In terms of outside aesthetic, it is good so.

Location: it is convenient for nearby schools for students. The concern i have is that, there is no proper parking space here unless you park infront of the other building beside messy burger.

Price: Some of their foods have reasonable price and the taste says it all. On a price range i say 200-500 php to say it is worth it.

Service: The quality of service i say 3/5. The reason is that. The staff are nice so far but as for frequent dine-ins, i notice that the staff aren't that focus on their work unless it is their peak hour. Some get distracted on their phone or there are times the order takes longer to bring despite there are few customers last time i went there.

Overall: My time there isnt that bad. Their popular food choice such as burgers, fries and chicken are hit for students and employees in budget or for a spur of the moment to indulge as treat for themselves. The place can be considered a hangout as well. An improvement in the interior, menu could have limitations as to not be overwhelming, and customer service.

P.s. for the establishment, i do reccomend that the design of menu listing be visible and up-to-date especially if you have new...

It feels weird entering this restaurant. I really did not get the whole aesthetics of the place. There were FAKE Flowers everywhere (that accumulate dust and grime btw) and bits and pieces of modern and vintage things. There was an air purifier/humidifier and the place smelled of unpleasant herbs. (They were trying to mask the musty smell of the place, I guess) the table we sat on was slighty underkept too. We tried their Nachos, Bacon Burger and the Burger topped with fries. The nachos were 'meh' - not enough toppings, the burgers were too cooked and dry. This restaurant had a bunch of stuff in their menu, I'm confused if it's indeed a burger place? A ramen house? Pinoy food resto? You know what they say about restaurants with a lengthy menu, right? Not to let them down tho, I guess they marketed themselves...

The OG Trending Burger in Gensan is finally welcoming the Christmas Season this 2021 with their Holiday-inspired interior. Also, they have a Squid game-inspired Photo Spot at their Facade. I really love the Holiday vibes inside Messy Burger. Plus, their food is still amazing as usual. I really love how their menu improved from burgers, pastas, fries, rice bowls and now ramen. The place is really both IG-friendly and a perfect food trip getaway with your family...
