GT Hotel Iloilo — Hotel in Iloilo City

I am disappointed because it wasn't clearly stated that it doesn't have breakfast included, also we called them to asked for iron, they said they don't have eventhough it was stated that it was one of their services, they even wanted us to pay 220 for one dress to iron, however after my sister showed them the services they put on their site, they gave us iron so that we can iron our clothes, one more thing, their restaurant is closed, they don't sell food except terribly expensive water, softdrinks, and some chips.

Furthermore, they don't have fridge in every room, only one toothbrush for a twin beedroom. They don't have sleepers ready in the rooms, we also wasted our time to request for it, at first, they aaid they don't have available sleepers, and after a minute of my sister's explanation why they should have sleepers for us, they gave us sleepers with names on it with different hotel.

The air-condition is not placed where you will feel comfort at night, instead, my child qas sweating profusely and my sister and I were having runny nose during the morning. We got sick after two nights of staying there. The reception area most of the time is empty. You need to bell them and wait.

I just hope I can say something good, but I can't and didn't have...

Wifi - if you're a VA like me, their internet does not disappoint. I had no worries working because the speed was like around 200mbps!

Room - it was nice and quiet, suitable for my work because I work graveyard.

Complimentaries - disposable slippers, 2 bottles of water, heater, 2 sets of cups & saucers, 2 glasses, coffee and sugar, hair net, dental kit, soaps.

Safety - A little improvement on their guards. My partner brought his car and we parked outside their parking area. There was a CCTV within that area so we had an impression that it would be safe. The next morning, my partner went down the parking area and noticed that there were new scratches/dents (just minimal but still, it would still cost a lot to get rid of those scratches/dents) on his car. We had requested to review the CCTV but since we were in a hurry, we didn't get an update if they were able to identify the culprit. Let me start off by saying this hotel appears to be more than it is. Heres a list of problems i have had so far. I got a room for a king sized bed and it is just two smaller beds pushed together with one sheet out over them. So not actually a king size. The bathroom sinks water is brown tinted so you may want to have bottled water with you to rinse with if you brush your teeth. The toilet hose makes a rotten egg smell of you use it. The AC struggles to keep the room cool. When i asked the clerk down stairs if the superior king room is supposed to be a king sized bed she said yes. Then i replied why is mine 2 small beds pushed together then? She typed something on the computer and said that is how the room comes. I told her than it is not a king sized bed and she just knodded and said nothing. Typical of the customer service in phillipines. Oh and no fridge.
