One of the absolute best restaurants in Vigan City! Every dish we ordered was amazing. This is the place for pure Ilocano dishes and incredibly fresh seafood. The food quality is top-notch, and the prices are just perfect for the value you receive. Wonderful experience. We came into town late and were welcomed in and seated in a Kubo immediately. Ordered food and drinks and received great service and suggestions from our server. Went here from Vigan for sunset and dinner as recommended in other reviews. The tricycle ride was easy, and the owner was happy to call one for our return. The place itself is in a great location with plenty of friendly staff, and a great menu. We had tuna kilawin, grilled malaga, grilled talong, and garlic rice.
