Very Bad experience!!The manager should re train the staff..if there is a negative star,that would be my actual review.. Chowking has always been a household. staple,.when all else fails, order from Chowking and all will be fine. Our disappointment stems from being served raw chicken (chick n.sauce) which my daughter ordered. It was good that she noticed right away that the color was different and asked me if that was normal. The staff and the managers lack of customer service management. The management itself is a mess. Today i experience the worst of how both cashier and manager waste our time just to pay a pick-up order made yesterday and payment in meal vouchers. If you don’t accept Voucher please tell your company management not to give them to your clients as when i was observing all of you in the counter you where easy to ready that it was a problem for you.
