I checked in for 3 nights and 4 days. I was disappointed to see the room that I was in, if you look at their web site/ page there room look really nice, and that was the reason that I choose them, I was disappointed the things that I found out, As you see the attached pictures you will see what I was complaining about. I raised the issue to the management, and they were shocked that I have noticed those, The management quickly acknowledge my complaints, but they did not offer me or transfer to another room, they sent me a bowl of fruits instead, which is ok to me. (al thought they did not do anything about the things that I was complaining about. I would have give them 1 *! I am here to review places like this to help them grow as a local and family business. But they have to be mindful of what they post in their website is the actual room that the Guest have. I had an early flight the next day and asked if I could get help with airport service around 5:00 AM, but was simply told, “there are many tricycles around,” with no offer of assistance or consideration.
When I inquired about how to get to Paoay and Batac, the only advice given was to commute — again, with no additional options or helpful suggestions.
The room itself was spacious but lacked essential amenities: no hangers in the closet, a basic plastic monobloc chair instead of a proper seat, the blanket was too thin, and the Wi-Fi didn’t work during my entire stay.

We were very grateful for this.||The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom had a hot shower.||The location of the hotel is great to explore the few attractions in the town center before going further afield.
