Costumer service is really slow, we waited for almost 2hrs?!?! Can you believe that? After waiting for almost 2 freaking hrs they served us 1 meat and 2 side dishes, no lettuce, no rice, we ordered the 350 which includes rice and lettuce and a bunch of side dishes. When we asked for refill, the server told us naubusan sila ng meat and water huhu. They should've told us sooner. Literally the worst experience me and friends ever had in a kkb resto....

It was my first time going to this store, together with my fam. I took off our shoes and our socks, and went to one of their tables. But we were asked to transfer to another table since we were not wearing our socks. Such a terrible experience and the personnel was so rude, we just decided to cancel our order and went to a different samgyup restaurant.

I will never go back to this...

The food is great but you wont enjoy it since you are looking for the 300 pesos left over penalty which isnt added to our bill but...
