My wife and I stayed in a Standard Queen Room with two double beds for six days and five nights, and we loved our time here. The place is clean, well-maintained, and offers great value for money. Each room has a spacious front terrace that’s perfect for drying laundry—super handy for wet clothes and dive gear after a day in the water. Rooms come with both air-conditioning and a fan, plus an in-room safety box for valuables, but no hair dryer. Drinking water is available next to the front desk. Wi-Fi can occasionally drop out, but it works well most of the time. If you’re a diver who doesn’t need a pool or an ocean view, this is a great choice. What really makes this place special, though, is Annabel at the front desk. She’s always smiling and genuinely cares about guests’ needs. Every time I saw her and exchanged a quick hello, it just brightened my day.

The place is safe, staffs are so accommodating, welcoming and friendly, the air-condition is very cold, room is clean and most of all the entire place is peaceful and relaxing. They even gave us complimentary early check-in. 3 minutes walk to restaurants and bar. I highly recommended this resort for everyone. We truly enjoyed our vacation in Malapascua Island and will definitely want to go back and book at this resort 😍😍😘❤️ (The girl in the photo is the receptionist and at the back is the owner we truly love them both 😘)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff are absolutely lovely and always happy to help. The rooms are great, comfortable beds, hot showers, everything is very clean. There is hanging space in the room and drying racks outside. Nice balcony area outside every room with table and chairs. There is a garden area outside with hammocks. Drinking water is provided. There are shops and restaurants all located nearby and it's a short walk from the port.

You could not find more gentle, charming, helpful owners than Annabelle, David & Janet who run JPH so effectively. Ideally sited about 400m from the beach where you’ll find loads of dive centers, plenty of good restaurants and the odd bar, JPH is a calm, tranquil family run resort where you relax with ease. About 10 spacious, clean rooms with AC, fans, showers & loos are set around their well maintained garden area. Each room has its own little shaded, outside seating area and there is free drinking water for all by the entrance which is a godsend for keeping the kettle full. About 250m down the “road” is the open air foodie market which comes alive at night. I ate there 4/5 times with no ill effects. Thank you A, D & J for making my stay...

Walk in rate is only slightly better than online but the place is very nice.

It is great value at an affordable price. AC Double room with private bathroom for ₱1050 in September worked perfectly for us.

Service from staff is 5/5 they pushed out luggage all the way to the port when we were leaving for New Maya port even though we only stayed one night and didn't accept our tip.

Pros - Staff ♥️! Place to hang wet clothes outside for every room; warm water & great pressure; short walk from beach and local restaurants; amazing snorkel trip with local boarman Rini booked through hostel (he took us out on a private boat for 4+ hours and taught us how to...
