Avoid at all costs. We booked online and when we arrived having travelled 12 hours they clearly didn't have the room ready. It smelt damp, musty, the loo seat was missing, the basin in a terrible state, we couldn't stay there. Worst of all the staff didn't seem to care, they didn't even try and make it better, or even offer us a drink. The manager didn't seem to care either as we had paid in advance and they were refusing to refund us. The pool also looked terrible, I would not swim in it or eat there. This place needs shutting down for health reasons.

I would expect more for this price. Swimming pool is always dirty, stuff is not nice and they don't clean rooms.

We booked here last minute and clearly they had hiked their prices. I can see online rooms are currently selling for PHP 560 for two nights' time on Agoda. We paid 1,700 per night for three nights. Now we have stayed in a variety of fairly basic places across the Philippines over the last 3 weeks, paying on average 1,300 a night so this was at the upper end and was the worst by miles. The property was hard to find through the rabbit warren of streets away from the beach where you are dropped off, we passed only one sign. This was our first concern given all the other signs you see. When we eventually arrived the staff were most unfriendly and clearly didn't have the room ready. Not even the offer of a glass of water whilst we waited. When they eventually took us to our room in this run down property the overwhelming smell of spray air freshener was unbearable. The WC had insects in it, the loo seat was broken. The sink tap corroded and unsightly. The bed looked like it had no mattress, and there was only one towel for the two of us. Not at all welcoming especially after a very long journey. Now we see in the reviews that they have bed bugs. This does not surprise me. We raised our concerns with the staff, they eventually showed us the room next-door. It was identical. Clearly thry have not had guests for a while. Eventually we got the staff to call manager Wendy who refused to refund us as we had already paid. We had to take up the matter with Agoda via long distance phone call to call centre in the US. They eventually took our side and refunded us meanwhile we had to find somewhere else to stay at zero notice. Please do us a favour and do not book here; it needs a complete overhaul or charger lower prices to people who are prepared to put up with this very low...

i agree completely with Craig Fellows , this is a very poor place ...no AC ( and here it's no joke ) , almost impossible to sleep in the economy room because of dogs, cats , roster, etc ...making noise almost ALL night long ( it's even quieter by day ! ) not to mention the crew early in the morning ,the shower ( no hot water ) stop working after 2 days ...the sink let the water falls ...on your feet !!! after day here ( 6 nights ) not a SINGLE cleaning in the room ...it's a HARDCORE BACKPACKER place to those who ONLY take the PRICE in consideration. But really for the same price you can find better place . If i book here it's because it was "Holy week" in Filippines and everything was booked ! I still wanted to dive their before i leave back home . The last for the joke : the wifi is a 4G Box ..the insufficiant amount of data made it work at "slow speed" after the very little data is consumme ( by the crew too who have also their own wifi ( locked !) ...so expect around 30Ko/s to share with ALL THE SO CALL hotel and the guest of the restaurant . I "tasted" ( in fact mostly for the numerous dogs of the place ) the food ..and again the only good point is the price . I don't recommand this place nor for the room/accomodation neither...
