I am so disappointed with the room that they gave us to stay a night with. We stayed here on our last night in Boracay hoping to save some cash. I should have reconsidered the value of money for accommodation. I was surprised by the welcome drinks but the bed was so stiff. The windows are full of dust. The bed keeps on squeaking because of uneven legs. I was expecting the room on their photos. 3500 for a family room may be cheap but it gave me an impression that we wouldn't be able to enjoy "Boracay" if this will be our accommodation. Upon reservation through paying half of the room rate, they did not gave me any receipt or confirmation of booking. Instead, they told me to contact them a week before for my voucher. It was so odd for me because I have been doing reservation for quite some time and this is the first time that I encounter such. Anyway, for someone who is after the beach of Boracay, this experience was a waste of money and time spent on the island. I would have appreciate to expect less and experience more.

Check-in and check-out process were easy (earlier check-in was not possible). We checked out at 4:30am ant there was a man who returned our deposit Good location We had Deluxe room, it's pretty big, but without window. Good location, around 7min from the beach. All stuff is smiling, ready to help. Good breakfasts (eggs with ham or sausage, coffee or tea, jam). Lady who served the breakfast always asked us if everything is ok and was really friendly :) What we didn't like: - There is no Wi-Fi password info in the room, you have to go to the reception - Wi-Fi leaves much to be desired. 2 days it worked normally (so-so), but in the last day it stopped working at all - there was no normal blanket, only a sheet - a lot of noise from the street - shower near the toilet (but for Asia it is normal)

Our room was regularly cleaned, hotel personnels were accommodating, if you plan to save money for food you can just buy the recipes from the nearest wet/dry market and have the people from boracay grace hotel cook them for you, the one who cooks the meals was kickass, our meals were impressively prepared and cooked to our liking "sobrang sarap"! Will be back to stay here.

Located in Station 3 main road. Boracay is a walking town. So you can start by walking along the main road right up to Station 1 and make U-turn back by the beach. That basically covered the whole town. Very convenience.||||Very near the beach - less than 5 mins walk through a side road. Lots of eateries and groceries shop around. A eating centre and market opposite. Has a roof top restaurant (for breakfast) with good view of the road/town.||||Room is clean, air con is cold, TV with good range of cables channels, toilet clean with hot shower and good water pressure, bar fridge provided in room, small dining table and 2 chairs included. Enough spaces for luggage. Double bed is a bit small for two person. No safe inside room. WiFi can be weak inside room.||||Breakfast is included but only two choice - Philippines or Western. But both taste delicious with some variants day to day. Power failure is no issue as hotel has backup generator that allow you to also have air-con during black out.||||Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Help you with luggage, getting you transport and providing information on how to walk the town/area. Local tour can be arranged at reception. Good...
