I liked staying at Signature! The location at the edge of Station 3 is fantastic. It’s more quiet, and you really don’t get disturbed by partying like you would at a higher station. The water is great (unless it’s been stormy) and there are a lot less salespeople (still some) and vendors trying to convince you to go on an excursion or eat their seafood buffet. This place does nickel and dime customers sometimes— they charged extra for extra pillows (they only provided 1 per person and they were flat), extra for a second thin blanket, and extra for an additional beach towel to the two we had borrowed so we wouldn’t get sand on them. But, to their credit, it was minimal— I think for all that we paid a total of 250 pesos (USD 4.28). Also, the front desk people are super helpful. They can order an E-Trike for you if you need and don’t charge anything for it (150 pesos to driver). They also are the reason I learned how the E-Trike charging system WORKS!! For PRIVATE rides, it’s 150 pesos. If you tell drivers individual rate, it should only be 20-30 pesos per person. Not every driver accepts individual rides- some only accept private- but go to others on the road already and ask to go where you want for individual rate. Great service and because of the front desk I learned drivers had been scamming me by charging individual rate then picking up others. Thankful to them for saving me tons on this trip!! Room was comfortable, with great AC, but this property is starting to have a MASSIVE carpenter ant problem in the wood on the balcony and door frames. We had constant ants around frames and all over the balcony. The owner needs to address this fast or next year there won’t be any wood left. It’s already chipping away. The restaurant downstairs was alright, not bad pricing and decent options, but there is better food you can take a trike to or walk to! Overall, I recommend staying here though. Great place to spend your time.

The best part of this hotel was the location it was situated in, with a range of restaurants to pick from. The beachfront is less crowded compared to other stations which is exactly what we were looking for. The staff were friendly and fulfilled each of our requests, however were not proactive enough in certain situations. The rooms were in poor condition. I understand it is expected as it is considered a budget hotel, however this experience has now taught me to not book budget hotels and from now on I will only book higher priced hotels as truly, you get what you pay for. The toilet was a horror, it felt like a prison toilet where it just is very dirty. The charging ports in the room was broken and when asked for a fix, they said they’d send a technician over the next day, who never came. While laying in bed, randomly, there was a rush of muddy water leaking from the cracks in the wall. The ant situation is crazy, they bite you all night and are everywhere ! The balcony is really nice though.

I went to boracay with my three best friends and it was just wonderful! The hotel is located DIRECTLY at the beach, so after breakfast you would only need to walk a couple steps and then you could bask in the sun! The hotel rooms were clean, not moldy and included a balcony on which you could enjoy the view. Since the hotel is in close approximity to the beach, you could hear the waves gushing while falling asleep. We got breakfast included which was nice. You could choose between the local and continental breakfast and both were delicious! In the evenings they offered happy hours for the guests, which is totally worth it!! My girls and I spent beautiful evenings there and ordered mozzarella sticks with our drinks which were a total delight!! 10/10 I would pay hey jude another visit next time i make it to boracay!!

I arrived a day late for my prepaid five nights due to a transport disaster on Tablas Island. I explained to reception what happened to me on Tablas Island causing my arrival a day late. I understand the no refund policy but as the resort on Tablas Island explained to me that if they have a guest who arrives a day or more late due to circumstances out of their control then the resort will give them a refund. No such offer was forthcoming from the Signature company. It highlights the difference between a resort operator who sympathises with their guest and a resort operator whose approach is we have your money and your not getting anything back no matter what you had to deal with to get here.|One issue that certainly irritated me was the absence of the new owner (Signature) from advising that Hey Jude South Beach Resort was now called Signature South Beach Resort. I had processed my prepaid booking over three months in advance and the new owner had every opportunity to advise me via Agoda but failed to do so. It was only by chance that I was advised by a resort owner on Tablas Island where I had to stay overnight prior to travelling to Caticlan that there was a name change. I had already sent a communication via the Hey Jude website only to be advised on arrival by reception staff that this website was redundant.|The staff are friendly and helpful with taking care of my laundry and booking my transport to the port.|My Superior room on the 4th floor was one room back from the shared balcony. My last visit in 2018 I was allocated one of the two rooms with their own access to the balcony. I can only assume the guests staying in these rooms had booked more than three months in advance than what I did.|The building is starting to show its age. My room was okay though the bathroom could receive some attention eg regrouting and mirror replacement. Everything worked okay except for the segregated shower ie hot water for a few minutes and then it went cold. The following three days I only had cold water. This is a deal breaker for me.|The bed was comfortable enough with clean linens. Plenty of shelf and hanging space. Lighting is very good.|Breakfast was more than adequate having had American breakfasts and omelettes.|The wifi was inconsistent but to be fair so was my Smart internet. Being a major tourist destination I would have expected a more reliable...

Terrible receptionist staff.| |We booked 3 nights in 2 Oceanview Twin through booking.com each rooms can stay for 4 people.|However we mentioned in the reservation that we might come only 7 people, 5 adults and 2 children. The last minute my aunt decided to come along therefore we are 8 people when we arrive. |When we arrived at the reception they charge us for extra person. |We ask why that our booking is for 8 people. The men and lady receptionist just told us because we informed in our reservation that we are only 7 people and it is already put in the system also we booked through booking.com. |I work in a marketing dept. in a 4 and 5 star hotel chain in Thailand i knew how booking.com system works. Also it is clearly stating in the reservation that our booking is for 8 people. |I ask the lady receptionist to double check and ask her manager about it and decided to comeback the next morning. |The next day another person lady in the reception and have no clue about the problem.| Our flight was very early and don't want to ruin our nice vacation because of unexperience staff.|Therefore we have no...
