Mini resort located on the other side of the island with the main beach. I'm quite conflicted in reviewing this place as there were lot of positives and some annoying negatives. We have stayed in this place for 5 nights and our stay was mostly enjoyable, however, if I'll ever visit Boracay again, I will choose accommodation on station 1-3 as there is not much happening in this part of the island, therefore, this place is good for someone who looks for "quiet" place away from main tourist areas. Station 3 is about 15 minutes walk through some narrow streets with constant traffic and one gets tired of this experience soon enough. We have resorted to hiring tricycle multiple times as getting back to the hotel from D-mall area takes about 25 minutes on foot. The beach adjacent to the resort is absolutely (!) not suitable for swimming, luckily resort's pool is at hand. The rooms in this hotel are quite basic (about 3*), comfortable and well maintained with mini-fridge, LCD TV, kettle and A/C unit and a seaside view is very nice. Resort's restaurant has quite an extensive menu with the couple of reasonably good approximations of international dishes (wiener schnitzel is OK, garlic or goulash soup not so much - I've grew up on this food). The restaurant is freely roamed by household pets (my best count 5 cute dogs and 2 cats) which does not bother me as an animal lover and some dogs are nice to interact with, however, I am sure some (especially American) customers could lose their marbles at the sight of this... The gem of this resort is the well-maintained garden, it's pool and lot of available seating to relax. You will get welcomed by friendly "hello" from the resident parrot. Other huge positive of this place is extremely attentive and friendly staff who tried their best to anticipate every guest's need. Negatives: The resort is located beside narrow and very busy access road. Constant traffic is extremely noisy day and night which could make sleep difficult. The fumes from 2 stroke engines permeate into the rooms. This is another reason, why I would choose accommodation on station 1-3 because the traffic is away from the beach area and the air is clean coming from the sea. A lot of insects: annoying flies and mosquitos + plus some small ants wondering about our room. Apparently, we arrived during frog mating season and noise from the nearby wetland was deafening at night. The internet (!): advertised Wi-Fi in all rooms practically newer worked and I went through my cell phone data allotment within days here. Only reliable, although very slow internet connection is available in reception /restaurant area. The router responsible for authenticating internet access for guests locked up within 1 hour of reset and internet was basically never available in guest rooms which was really upsetting since it was raining constantly during our stay on the island and I had a hard time to even...

I stayed here for a total of six nights. It was such an amazing spot. It was the perfect getaway for any type of traveler. Perfect for couples, families, singles etc.||||It is only ten minutes walk from station three or 20peso bike ride. It was private and the perfect distance from all the hustle and bustle. I spent my time reading, relaxing and sunbathing, swimming in the pool and having food from the hotel. I hardly needed to leave the resort at all. It is just like the pictures provided. It was absolutely perfect.||||The staff are also incredibly friendly and couldn't have been more polite and helpful.||||I recommend this and definitely would stay again. ||||If you use South West tours, they will pick you up and drop you off to the airport from the hotel which was perfect for me as I was traveling alone. ||||The wifi was fine for me, there were a few powercuts during the night but they were always working again within five minutes. And any time you eat at the restaurant it was a 10% service fee but that was like the equivalent of 20 cents so it really didn't make a difference. It was very affordable prices compared to eating at White Beach which were a lot more expensive. ||||I WOULD LOVE TO COME AND...
