‼️BIG BIG SCAM ‼️ This place has a huge potencial but terrible management that aims only to steel you money. Since day one!

When we arrived the owner gave us a room that was located near some on going a work which we were not made aware of, she apologised for the noise, but she said that if we wanted, we could upgrade upstairs for 1000 PESOS more per day XD

We expected that to be for free.

The excursion they offered was a big scam: the guy promised us to go to crocodile island and crystal cave, no matter the wheather, to find out ONLY WHEN WE WERE on board that it was not allowed to sail there since months.

The sea view perk, is a lie: you DONT HAVE sea view, but you can pretty see NEIGHBOUR DOING THEIR LAUNDRY.

Internet wasn’t working at all: I had to use my boyfriend SIM card. Luckily I did not have to work those days.

The kitchen, that was the only reason why booked it, wasn’t clean and missed equipment. Also, the way they connected the gas to the stove was incredibly dangerous.

Final and last consideration: the location is too far from the city center and you have to call a tuc tuc every time or walk 30/40 mins, which is not worth it considering the place. Also the area is really poor, but not dangerous, but you won’t find what you need, reason why you need to walk up to the centre.

Stayed here for 11 nights with my partner and 3 of our children (all in their 20s) and will be going back next year. A few paces from the house and you are on stunning Tambissan beach with fine white sand and crystal clear waters. There are local shops nearby where you can buy pretty much everything you might need. The house is on the quiet end of the island which is totally unspoilt and breathtakingly beautiful. If you want to go to white beach its only a 10 minute journey by trike. We went to D'Mall most days but it gets really busy and couldnt wait to get back to Tambissan! |The house itself is beautiful. Set over 3 floors each room has its own balcony and ensuite bathroom. The owner lives on site and there are staff who come in everyday. Nothing is too much trouble for any of them. If you need anything just ask. Likewise if you want to know about the local area or the best place to eat. Danny, the owner, will help you to organise any activies or advise you where to go. He will even organise transfers to and from Kalibo. I must give Rengie, a member of staff, a special mention. He was fantastic!!!|There are 2 dogs at the property but they are pretty much like the locals, laid back and friendly to the point that they spent most days on the beach with us just chilling...

Unser Erlebnis im PARAS INN entsprach bei Weitem nicht dem, was versprochen wurde, und wir hatten mit mehreren ernsthaften Problemen zu kämpfen, die unseren Aufenthalt äußerst unangenehm machten. Zunächst waren die Bedingungen des Hauses, das wir gemietet hatten, völlig inakzeptabel. Die Unterkunft war extrem schmutzig, was nicht nur unhygienisch ist, sondern auch ein Zeichen für mangelnde Wartung und Pflege. Darüber hinaus wurde uns versichert, dass eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung stehen würde, aber bei unserer Ankunft fanden wir heraus, dass sie defekt war. Außerdem wurde uns ein Trockner versprochen, der jedoch überhaupt nicht bereitgestellt wurde. Diese fehlenden Annehmlichkeiten verursachten uns erhebliche Unannehmlichkeiten, da sie entscheidende Faktoren bei unserer Buchungsentscheidung waren.

Das schwerwiegendste Problem war jedoch, dass wir während unseres Aufenthalts bestohlen wurden – und zwar von den Besitzern des Resorts selbst. Dies ist absolut inakzeptabel und geht über schlechten Service hinaus; es ist ein krimineller Akt. Wir waren gezwungen, die Polizei zu rufen, doch schockierenderweise übernahm das Management des Resorts keinerlei Verantwortung. Weder boten sie irgendeine Form von Unterstützung an, noch hatten sie die Anständigkeit, sich für das Geschehene zu entschuldigen.

Our experience at PARAS INN was far from what was promised, and we encountered several serious issues that made our stay extremely unpleasant. Firstly, the conditions of the house we rented were completely unacceptable. The accommodation was extremely dirty, which is not only unhygienic but also shows a lack of basic maintenance and care. Additionally, we were assured that a washing machine would be available, but upon arrival, we found that it was broken. Furthermore, we were promised a dryer, which was not provided at all. These missing amenities caused us significant inconvenience, as they were key factors in our decision to book this accommodation.

The most serious issue, however, was that we were robbed during our stay—by none other than the owners of the resort themselves. This is absolutely unacceptable and goes beyond poor service; it is a criminal act. We were forced to call the police, yet shockingly, none of the resort’s management took any responsibility. Neither did they offer any form of assistance nor did they even have the decency to apologize for...
