Lylie Hotel — Hotel in Mandaue

Hey y’all before you judge why I rated this hotel 4 stars simply because it has severed its purpose to why we booked here in the first place. 1/23/25 huge fire broke out at Furniture city, just in front of your home, power was out, it won’t be back till dawn. We only needed a place to stay in for the night and a place for me to work. If you are looking for something fancy for birthday party airbnbs, overnight with fun activities, vacation vibes, this is not the place for you, it’s not intended for this type of set ups.

If you’re just looking for a place to stop by during the night, what I can say is the place is fine. Electronics such as air-conditioning, electric fan, lights are working well — AC is super cold, don’t judge how it look I know it looked terrible and damaged in the photo. I didn’t get the chance to use the television because I need to work. Waters are running in the bathroom, with bidae. I was not able to get the chance to use the water heater so I won’t know.

WiFi is good, I work remotely and I had no internet interruptions while working. Pets are allowed as well, 4th floor only (no mini fridge, mini fridge are available 1st floor), pet fee is ₱400 per pet according to the staff. Service water is given upon check in. Only cash or GCash is accepted. Service is good, it’s not difficult to reach them via phone call and booking was made fast. Parking is available and for free.

No corkage, they allow outside food and drinks.

My only issue why I rated 4 stars would be the creepy vibes (I am not being overreacting here or something), the faucet in our toilet room was rusty, not ideal to use in washing your face but we used the shower anyway. I think it only needs consistent maintenance not to rot. Overall, the...

My wife and I stayed here last Nov17-20,2015 (3Nights)||||-The Location of the hotel is indeed perfect. Very accessible, many taxi passing by, No problem with transportation almost near to everywhere in the city and safe.||||-The Hotel Staff were very friendly and professional, well-mannered, Hospitable and you will feel safe with them. Amazing.||||-The rooms are spacious we tried two rooms and as I can say that rooms are very clean and spacious. No dust.||||-The Hotel/building is simple no elevator and no amenities such as pool or whatever but for it's rate, I find it very reasonable since the rooms and hotel staff are perfect.||||-The free Wifi connection is fast as well.||||Good for sleeping. Lylie Hotel is known to most taxi drivers that one has to simply say the name and you will get there! It's also centrally located that all it takes is just a hundred bucks from Ayala Mall and other strategic places. ||||The hotel facilities maybe very basic, but such simple amenities make it a no frills hotel, so the price is affordably low. However, there are spectial perks like free WiFi and free calls to the USA or Canada! ||||The service crew are mostly pleasant and charming, they'll make your stay comfortably homey.
