Moriyama Hotel — Hotel in Mandaue

We had the WORST experience ever in this hotel. 10/10 would NOT recommend. Lobby staff was not prepared with our check-in details and no paper work nor confirmation prior to the booking was provided (booked directly via call). When we got to our room, room space was very tight contrary to what was said that 4 people may fit inside. The bathroom had visible molds on the walls and rusty glass walls obviously not being regularly cleaned. The bedsheets and the pillow cases did not look clean and the bed was not very comfortable to sleep in. We actually had to change rooms after the first room’s bathroom had water leakage that led to the bathroom being a little flooded. When it was brought up, the staff that assisted was not even aware and apologetic.

If you stay in this place make sure they give you room in the first floor. Especially if you got more than one luggage. And i would also get the management attention regarding their staff behind the desk to have a proper training on how to handle guest list. Right after my checkout my host came by to pick me up but i had already left. The front desk lady told him there was no one by my name who had checked in. Neither was checked out. Why is this page falsely represented with so many positive reviews. This was by far the worst place i stayed at. The rooms you see are basically glorified container boxes with hard flooring and only one open-able window in the bathroom. Overflowing with ants on the bed and it was the first time in my life I woke up without air because we closed the bathroom window since there were no bug nets. Would...
