OYO 121 Nakpil Hotel — Hotel in Manila

My stay here in Nakpil Hotel was Good, Amenities was available Toiletries, towels and the room was clean The TV should be replaced because it is not functioning well At First I Booked my Stay at Paragon Hotel but OYO divert my Booking Here, some problem start When I arrive at Nakpil Hotel, I show my booking Number but Unfortunately they are asking me to pay 1,680 for my One Night stay, but the amount that I should pay from my Booking at Paragon Hotel was 409, I was shook that time but I just want to rest and pay that amount but as i ask the receptionist I should call the OYO customer Service, but no one is answering the phone, then another customer came from Other Hotel that was also diverted to Nakpil only pay the amount that was booked, the receptionist help me call the OYO Customer Service but she is not smiling (medyoMukhang Suplada) but thanks pa...

Booked and fully paid for a room for 2 nights. Expected to arrive early so paid for night before. On arrival was informed that my booking had been cancelled due to not showing and no refund of money. But no email or contact from hotel to ask ?| Even though im currently paid in full for a room they say i cannot access it !! But did offer for me to book another room as rooms were available at a charge ( higher than original price) but they said they only accept cash payments ... even though my prior was made.on credit card.|Just what i need after long trip...|Booked into hotel down the road... its an absolute scam and rip off.... as guessing they expect people to pay it as they dont want to walk out onto road again.... sorry not this one.......

Keep away its absolute scam hotel. I booked 2 nights so i could check in early the following morning without waiting for 2pm checkin. On arrival they cancelled my booking even though i had paid in full and charged me because i didnt arrive eatlier. They said my room was still available and had to make another payment in cash only !! If i wanted to check in even though i had already paid for room and i was at the hotel . So equivalent of 3x nights payment for 1 night.... i checked into a much better hotel only 100m down road. Be warned they may advertise cheap rooms but they will attempt to scam extra money from you.
