We dine in for lunch. SERVICE Upon arriving they prep the table add the side dishes, we noticed that they didnt gave us rice, glasses, water so we asked it quite took a long time to get that on our table. The meat also took almost 10mins to get on our table. There are 3 of us, we only got one tong. Of course, we do not want to use our chopsticks on raw meat. So we asked one of the servers( 3-5mins no tong). We asked for tong 7x to different servers and to some we already asked, they didnt give us extra. How hard it it to tell that they dont provide it. Also when talking to the servers, when we were asking for something we need on our table seems like they want to leave already. I get it, it might be a busy time because its lunch but arent servers should make sure what the table is asking are complete

This restaurant will only honor PWD disocunts, but all of you (your group) needs to pay for the regular rate, even if it's not a group meal instead of just the holder since it's the initial price given was a promo. They're the only restaurant (actually branch because Tagaytay's ok) that has this weird policy and they only provide 15% discount instead of the mandated 20%. We didn't even bother to dig deeper because we wouldn't be surprise if a VAT would be charged as well without any deductions.

We do not have any problem with paying without the discount. However, it's unfair and unjust to ignore the existing law regarding it and have it their way. Also, there was no signage that states that some items from their menu's out of stock. So initially want to order shabu-shabu but they don't have seafood. Several side dishes and items are also not available. Some staff will even snub you when you ask for a refill.

Also, if you plan to use the restroom, be sure you can hold your breath too long because it stinks. No exaggeration. There's no tissue, no decent soap, and alcohol around the restaurant, which is literally out of stock, too, according to...
