No keys, because there's no lockers, no space to open or sort luggage except on floor; no table or stool in room because there's no space. No hooks, no shelves, lol, no nails in the wall. Less than 3 meter by 3 meter room. 3 bureau drawers for storage but no locks. The reply to where are the keys was, " Oh the people took them". Never replaced. Hmm. And absolutely no way to change temperature of air conditioner because the owner has deliberately set it for one temperature only. When I asked for keys for the doors the lady said, Oh I'm here all the time, you don't need keys. That's when I should have turned and left. My fault for staying. Then a billboard advertising Balicasag was pushed in front of me. Pushing for me to buy. All the reviews I read mentioned this lovely lady and she was. She was just doing her job. Because of the freezing temperature in the room I wore every possible piece of clothing, I was exhausted from traveling all day. There was water dripping on me and the bed from the ac. After breakfast I explained I would be leaving. Poor thing was puzzled by my explanation why. She asked why I didn't turn off the ac, or move to the next bed. Not an ideal solution in my mind. She seemed to be confusing me with a previous guest who went to Anda. The daughter communicated that with me in a message on Booking. Read moreI would definitely recommend this place. It is a cozy place. It's like your in a hotel but in a home. When you are planning to tour or visit Panglao, Bohol I recommend you stay here. The price if very affordable and the amenities and accomodation is good. The owner is very accomodating and very considerate.
In front is a Boutique store for souvenirs or pasalubong. They are selling mostly hand crafts products that is high quality.
They also have motorcycle for rent. Going around the island can be very easy of you have motorcycle.
The owner Mam Mitch is very generous. Many tourist are coming to their hostel.
