Vaccinated Staff - OYO 578 Red Velvet Suites — Hotel in Pasay

The room has enough space but the lobby is too small and the manager had canceled our booking without even informing us. I inquired for an additional night but there's no more availability on the night we wanted to add for our booking and it was OK. But their crazy manager canceled our whole booking when I had Never even mentioned about canceling anything about our booking. So it was totally unprofessional for me specially when they don't inform their guests on what they do with their booking. We were expecting it was all OK and suddenly we had no reservation. And we booked this hotel 1 month before our flight so super frustrating. If there's a 0 I'll give them that.. Their location is already bad and noisy then they handle guests so unprofessional....

First, I booked this so poor hotel ahead of time. 5 guest with 3 rooms. I booked in behalf of my parents. Walang update from the other end so we really think ok na wala ng problema peru Pagdating sa hotel bwl daw couple in one room as per protocol were in the other hotels pwd naman kasi may mga kasabay cla na kasamahan sa trabaho who booked from other hotels. Okay nag go sila wlang choice kasi late na at wla din masagot na maayos ang staff why they didn't inform us ahead of time para man lang sana maka prepare ng budget. Ang 11k na hotel fee naging 19k and they even easily said na bumalik sa airport to book another hotel. How sad. Second, the food. Walang siniserve. 9am na peru wlang food na dumating wlang staff na matwagan. Sa group chat wlang staff na active ni wlang intercom. Sobrang stress lalo na sa part ng mama ko kasi may mga med siya na tinitake ang uncle ko wlang bfast and lunch kc binigay daw sa ibang guest. Third, sira mga gamit. Walang ref wlang tv no toiletries provided. Pahirapan pa ang paglocate sa place kahit naka waze kasi located xa squatters area sa pinakasulok na parte. Goodluck sa mga mag quarantine. Fourth, the staff was not accommodating even the head of the said hotel. Overall ang pangit. This hotel for us is not recommended as one of the quarantine hotels lalo na sa mga ktulad ng parents ko na shoulder lahat ng expenses. Its not worth it. We waste money and also gained stress. My quarantine period went really good here. The room was pretty decent.good wifi, and even a good spacious balcony. They provided me with a kettle, one family pack mineral water, and all amenities you can get from a cheap oyo room. Only problem waz the transportation to the hotel, it's a small road....
