Nober Pension House City Center — Hotel in Puerto Princesa

The rooms have no hot water. They falsely advertise a kitchenette. There are no utensils and no rice cooker and no microwave and no hotplate. There is no cooking in the rooms. The room was dusty, and the AC leaked water on our backpack and got everything wet and also important documents. I booked for 9 days and left for a better place after 2 days, and the owner stated they would not reimburse my funds. I would never recommend this hotel. The WiFi was very poor. We had to wait 10 to 15 seconds every time we flipped a page. You were only allowed 3 devices for WiFi. The lighting in the room was poor. You were in the middle of a poor area, and there was nothing close. You would have to buy your food and everything else from the local people. The included breakfast is amazing. There is a wide variety of choice and the owner takes pride in his food and quality of meat he uses. The rooms are very spacious with a fridge, plates, sink area. Free water, coffee and tea. Good aircon. Very good stay, however location is a ride or a fair walk to anywhere but I'm guessing most places are like this.
