Accommodation stated that they would pick 5x travellers up from airport and that was good, travel by tricycle to accommodation, but then informed we had to pay for transport. This was aired by previous travellers as being an issue. Don't believe transfer to hotel is included, as you are required.to pay. False statement. Accommodation was very new, clean and up market. No issues except for unfinished TV cable installations and fan not completed in room. Air con was new and worked well. Be prepared for steep stairway walk to units. Rooms were tiled floors , clean and moderate sized. Baggage storage was only under bed possibility. No other storage for baggage was available. Small LCD tv in room. Room being small was to manage fan balanced on chair, as ceiling fan was not fully installed and working. Location was in back street of Puerto Princesa, so Tricycle was only travel transport option to town centre for meals. As a relativily new renovated location, local tricycle transport did not know the location. Accommodation does not offer meals. No fridge facilities available for guests. During rain periods, it was noted that premises has internal water leaks as water present on internal stair passage way. Overall, a nice stay for 3-4 days, with...

I judge st hope they can adjust their schedule of cooking as most tourists are being picked up early. I asked the caretaker the night before, if they can serve breakfast at 6:15 as we will be picked up by our tour agent at 6:45am, regretted that breakfast starts at 7am :( So, we end up eating junk foods and just patiently waited to have our free lunch on tour to be served. ||||The room is clean but the hallways are not! Towels are worn out. Linens has damp smell. No toiletries provided. ||||The receptionist doesn't dress up, she looked like she just got off the bed when we arrived. She should at least be presentable at all times when entertaining guests. ||||The owners should act on the poor maintenance and their frontliner...
Read moreThe room was decent, cold shower of course. Wifi was good for the Philippines. We could walk to restaurants, only a short part in the dark at night. It costs 50 pesos for a tricycle to the airport and 100 pesos from the bus station (don't let them charge you 150!) The breakfast is not good though. They lock the doors all the time which can be a bit annoying waiting outside. And like every guesthouse/ hotel in PP they are pretty pushy about the...
