Meatogether Robinsons Magnolia — Restaurant in Quezon City

We had reserved our slot for dinner at 5pm. Upon our arrival the staff who greeted the guests didn't know what to do with us despite the fact that our reservations were already written down on a clipboard. We were passed around from one staff to another before we were eventually seated down at the back end of restaurant next to a table of staff of whom half were asleep and one or two were playing video games. Despite reservations we were put in such a disappointing spot where we were squished between two full tables in the back area. We expected that we would be seated in the cubicles or mid area since we had made reservations prior.

Please be aware that if you will order shabu - shabu expect that there will be little to no flavor in the soup. My husband had also requested for slices of meat and the staff handed him a plate of meat which had been left in the window for hours and was dry. He had to ask for a fresh plate of meat just for them to replace it.

Please speak with your staff and let them know how to deal with customers especially those who have taken the time to reserve their spot early and how to accommodate guests. Please refrain your staff from sleeping in tables where they are visible to guests. We are regulars at Tong Yang, Vikings and Niu and had wanted to try Meatogether as we know its also under the name of Vikings but the experience was more than disappointing. We will not be...

If i could give 0 stars, I would. The self serve options were barely refilled especially the shrimp. The to-order meats came AFTER 30 mins we ordered. The soup options lacked 2 of their best sellers because I guess they ran out? There was a point where a few tables lost power so they can't cook their food and had to wait (no one apologized for the inconvenience or explained). There was a point as well when there were no plates, no bowls, no glasses, no dessert, and no waiter/waitress to be found except for this one guy who took care of everything and everyone. There were only 2 dessert options and the refill was slow as well. Our tables were filled with plates and glasses because no one came to pick them up (we tried to give them to the waiters but they were no where to be found). The ice cream options were extremely limited because apparently opening new containers was an inconvenience to them. A lot of the self serve meat were unlabeled or mislabeled so we sometimes had no clue what we were getting. All of this happened in ONE visit and we will never come back to this place. Absolute...
