Authentic steak is one of the goals that I checked of my things to eat list. After waiting for a long line(29th on the list) it was definitely worth the wait. Upon being seated we are greeted by our server and offered complimentary bread. Grabe, bread and butter palang masarap na at nakailang request kami. Took us a little over 10 minutes to decide what to order and around 30 minutes to be served. In fairness, all the food was hot when it arrived except for the sirloin steak which is somehow cold already when served. The texas fried fish is absolutely delicious and the batter is cooked enough not to be too crispy and not to be soggy. We also ordered a 1/2 slab ribs that is good enough for 2-3 persons. The slab ribs is true to its fall of the bone claim while still being not too soft. Although, the barbeque seasoning is a little too strong to my liking but I wouldn't mind ordering again. Next, is the beef ranchero which the taste kind of reminds me of a shawarma rice due to the strong spices. The tomato along with the rice completely complements the beef and makes a symphony in my mouth. The 6oz sirloin steak was a bit disappointing because it was served cold which made the steak chewy. Even though, the flavor of the steak is still juicy and tasty bu again quite disappointing. It was served with 2 sides, the mashed potato and coleslaw. Both sides are good and tasty. Last, but not the least, which is my favorite. The cowboy roast beef is an absolute beast. Just what I'm expecting from a western restaurant. The beef is so soft, the cuts includes a little fat and melts in your mouth. The gravy is absolutely helping the beef taste better. This meal is served with garlic rice which is a perfect combination to the gravy and the beef. This meal made the try worth it. The service is impeccable, even at a full house the server was able to accomodate our requests cheerfully. They refill our cups with water whenever they pass by. This place definitely is one of the best dining experiences so far.

This is a really good restaurant. It’s not as expensive as the top steak restaurants in the Metro, but it’s not cheap either, mind you. However, the food was great and servings were generous, and the service was stellar. The Cowboy Meat Platter was quite good. The two sausages were delicious, with one having some longganisa flavor, and the other having that Hungarian sausage mild spiciness to it. The BBQ-flavored ribs were delicious. The roast beef were fall-off-the-bone soft, but a bit bland—better to sprinkle it with some table salt. This platter comes with rice, vegetable sticks, coleslaw and sweet corn cobs, and it can truly feed 3-4 people as stated in the menu. The Grilled Shrimps were tasty, and obviously fresh. These shrimps were of medium size only, but came with rice and vegetable sticks. The Bleu Steak Salad was also great, although nothing special about the dressing. What surprised me was the serving size. We opted for the ‘solo’ version, but even that could feed 2-3 persons. The Texas Cheese Fries were good, though nothing out of the ordinary. The cheese didn’t taste ‘cheap’. Now, amusingly, our favorite in this rest was the FREE bread. It was sweet but not in an overpowering way. We liked it so much that we asked for a second batch, which the restaurant graciously provided. And they even gave us some more for takeout for FREE when their staff saw that we finished even our second batch and didn’t waste any. Now that’s high quality customer service! Finally, as alluded to above, their customer service is topnotch. Their staff were very attentive, helpful, friendly, prompt and professional, which makes for a very pleasant dining experience. I would definitely come back to this restaurant with my family.

The food, particularly the steak is at par with the meat you get from Texas. The cut was great and the steak was cooked perfectly making it tender. One star less because we also wanted to try the ribs but it wasn't available. The grilled shrimp (that came with the ribeye) was confusingly great with the bread. I loved it, actually...perfectly spiced and the bread absorbed all the juices of the shrimp making it quite flavorful. Service was good. The servers are courteous and attentive (when you already got their attention). They assist you as much as they can on your orders and billings. One star less because even with less people already (we dined near closing time), we have to call out twice-3x to get refills of the drinks. They are so concentrated in what they were doing (wiping the tables, preparing the utensils, etc.) that they seem to forget to look up and look at the diners. Don't get me wrong. Atmosphere. Oh my God! If I could give a negative 5, I would. I didn't know that aside from the steaks, they would also grill their customers. The place was so hot and humid even when it was almost empty. My companions lost their appetite and weren't able to finish their meals because of the heat and sweating. Imagine eating hot food in a sauna. I complained. In fairness to the crew, they were apologetic. They said it was the mall's fault. We dined there because of the half of promo by the local credit card company/bank. Will I eat there again and pay the full price, probably not. It is always packed but I think I can get my steak cravings from somewhere else "less commercialized" and less hyped.

Brought the fam to try this restaurant. As a loyal Bistro group customer, we all got upset with their queueing system. We were 20th in line and walked around the mall while waiting, as there were not enough chairs outside and it was very hot. We saw some refreshments by the receptionist area, but no one bothered to offer us, unlike in Italianni's. We went back to check the number on the queue 3 times and asked the same receptionist. But after the third check, the receptionist told us that we were called already while we were not around. We were asked to queue up all over again, even though they saw us following up every now and then. As a result, we waited for 2 hours. Initially wanted to let my fam try their ribeye steak...But because we had to queue all over again, we didn't get to order it bec it was out of stock already. By that time, we were all very hungry already too. Nawalan na ng gana my fam. We understand the 50% off promo during weekends but the queueing system was really upsetting. Please check on this. Many of your customers alongside us that had the same experience were really disappointed too. I suggest that upon listing the name of the guests, consider getting the mobile number of each customer so that guests can be contacted when it's their turn to avoid having them wait inconveniently. In fairness with the dine in service though, the servers were all very courteous and rendered good service.

I recently had dinner at Texas Roadhouse, and I have to say, it was a pretty solid experience. From the moment I walked in, the place felt inviting and casual—perfect for a laid-back night out. The country music playing in the background added to the vibe, and the staff were super friendly. Let’s talk about the food. I ordered the ribeye steak, and it was exactly what I hoped for—juicy, tender, and packed with flavor. It had that perfect char on the outside, but was still perfectly cooked inside. The sides were just as good. The rolls they bring to the table? Seriously addictive. They’re warm, fluffy, and that cinnamon butter they serve with them is dangerously good. I also had a loaded baked potato, and it didn’t disappoint—tons of cheese, bacon, and all the good stuff. The service was great too. Our server was on top of things, making sure we had everything we needed without being too overbearing. I appreciated that she knew the menu well and was able to give us some good recommendations. Overall, Texas Roadhouse is a place I’d definitely go back to. It’s not fancy, but if you’re in the mood for a hearty meal in a relaxed atmosphere, it hits the spot. The steaks are the highlight, but honestly, everything I tried was tasty. It’s the kind of place where you leave feeling full and happy, which is exactly what you want from a good dinner out.

I just have to say how absolutely wonderful the Robinsons Magnolia Branch is! From the seamless online table booking to their thoughtful follow-up and exceptional service, everything was spot on. The moment we arrived, their staff greeted us with such warmth and enthusiasm, making us feel so welcome. Our table was ready right away after confirming our booking, and we were promptly served their delicious, freshly baked bread that we absolutely adore! Our server, Julie, was incredibly attentive and friendly, ensuring we had everything we needed. The customer service was outstanding, and the food? Simply amazing! Everything arrived quickly, and we went for the group platter—every dish was a hit. I’m especially in love with their crispy wings and onion fritters. This branch truly exceeded all expectations and is highly recommended!
