Nay Nildz Pension house — Hotel in Roxas

I booked with them via Booking.com for a 4-day, 3-night stay. As I usually do with my bookings, I confirm and call the places I book 3-4 days before my trip. However, since this trip was a Palawan loop, I got busy and wasn’t able to call 3-4 days before my booking date.

I called them a day before my booking date because I was confident they were legitimate—I even checked their Facebook page last year, and they still had recent posts from September. I also messaged them about their rates, and they responded. Upon comparing, it was cheaper on Booking.com, so I decided to book through Booking.com.

Fast forward—I called them a day before my booking date to confirm, and they told me they were no longer connected with Booking.com. They never posted anything on their social media about that they are not connected with the booking platform anymore, and I never heard a single apology from them. I left a review on their Facebook page, and they even DELETED it—still no apology. (THE AUDACITY)

Good thing I was calm enough to handle the situation when our accommodation was canceled last minute. DON’T BOOK HERE—there are so many many many great & cheap accommodations in Port Barton. Thank you Nay Nildz Pension House for ruining our Port Barton...

We(3 people) needed a last minute room in Port Barton and found this place. We got lucky! The host(Jonifer) went above and beyond to help us however way he can such as helping us get a van and even inviting us to a grill event that was happening nearby. So welcoming! The location of the room is great, it's about 5 minute walk from the beach and the social place. It's perfect place to rest after a tour and recharge before the next tour. It's 3 minutes walk from the bus terminal too! The room itself was a good size for the 3 of us plus it was nice and chilly because of the Aircon and fan. Excellent place to stay in port barton, good sized rooms, we had a fan room but they also have aircon rooms, very clean and good private bathroom with great water pressure shower. Free tea coffee and hot water all day, little table and chairs to sit at outside the room, really great location 2 mins to the beech and restaurants and eateries all around, mini mart next door, we even booked a excursion with them and it was fabulous (6 location boat trip) , they also sorted out our kayaking and onwards travel, I highly recommend and would...
