I want to start saying that from a place like this I didn't have such an expectative, but today I experienced THE WORST costumer service I ever had. I went there with my boyfriend and we ordered French fries&calamari and i ordered a pumpkin soup. 3 tables ordered together with us and after a while they get their food but not us. After 45 minutes finally the fries&calamari arrived but nothing about the soup. I've been working in hospitality enough to know that the soups are premade and that you just have to worm them up.. after 1 HOUR WAITING I politely ask for my dish and they didn't know what to say. At this point we just want to pay for what we get and leave this place, but they didn't let me! They said that the soup was coming and after other 10 minutes I asked again for the bill and she said that it was already cooked and that I had to eat it. I said ok but that I really didn't want to pay for it. THE SOUP WAS DISGUSTING and at the end she want me to pay for it!!!!!!! After quite a fight we just have a discount of 35 pesos (nothing) and when we ask them at least to say sorry she said NO. Philippinos are such nice people always smiling except in this place!! I rather give 100 pesos more to eat in other places in port Barton and have good food and great service. STAY AWAY...

We were treated like we were not welcome grom the very beginning. Service ignored us the whole time and we finally got our food. Forget having your appetiser as appetiser, it all comes together or more often the person eating with you will get the food when you have finished yours as happened to two table next to us. At least we were lucky in this sense ;) My chicken adobo was ridiculously small and not adobo at all (I have eaten recently the original as confirmed by Philipinos one and this is far from it and full of oil). The fish we ordered went to our neighbours (50mij after I ordered it) who ordered filet and not the whole fish btw. Cheap food and low wuality, you get what you pay for. Nice service is a rare thing in this country but to be treaten this way I would rather at least get decent food. Not recommended, move few meters and look for better places, as we did the...

Good place to meet people and the food is very cheap its the cheapest place to eat in port barton and they have a very big menu compared to most places in port barton best to sit outside if you can as inside can be very stuffy noisy and sworming with flys the food itself isnt to bad the portions are very good size your best getting there early if you want to eat there as its very very busy they could do with a bigger place as it realy is that busy dont be surprised if people ask to join you on your table as that will almost definitely happen to you but its good to mingle with new people so dont be put off by it the reason only gets 4 stars is it could do with atleast 1 extra member of staff and they are so rushed off thier feet you can weight a while to order extra drinks/food or ask for the bill i found going inside to the main guy to pay...
