They should inform verbally customers directly about :

10% service charge the waiting timing all dishes comes with rice included (the additional garlic rice on the menu creates confusion)

When I pay 10% service charge, I expect waiters:

to explain and to know their menu by heart to adapt eventually to specific demands to try to satisfy customers fully. Overall to have a real quality service which makes us want to come back.

It's known as Olive's Crib, however the name was changed into Flavoroso, this is what you'll find on the map now. Many people will tell you the old name still, it's even visible outside but the new menu shows the new name too. We arrived late evening, around 8:30pm and believed it's closed. Light was on and owner seating outside welcoming us. It was not the best impression, as we were the only guests, but once they started cooking, a wonderful smell of butter and garlic spread around. Cozy very clean and Refreshing surrounding. The owner are very kind and great you with the big smile..you will feel at home Olive is the owner and she's also the chef! She make her version on her own style in cooking. You can feel that she cook with full of loved she also make painting and fruit and vegetable carving. IF YOU ARE LOOKING WE'RE IS THE BEST PLACE TO EAT..YOU MUST GO TO OLIVE'S CAFETERIA!!! I am sure you will never disappointed.
