Golden Sunset Inn — Hotel in San Juan

The location of this inn is very convenient and near a lot of resorts and bars, but we had a lot inconveniences in staying here such as:

Water heater and mugs were not provided inside the room. We woke up early around 5 am to start our day tour early then we realized we had no water heater and mugs for morning coffee. I had to walk for 10 mins back and forth to look for nearby stores just to get hot coffee.

Later that night I asked the reception for a water heater, then when we tried to use it the morning after- it was not functioning. I had to run outside again to get hot coffee since reception area is still closed.

The same morning, we had no running water in the bathroom. I went outside at the back of their reception area to ask for a pail of water. It was around 20-25 minutes wait til we had running water.

Aircondition is not cold at all.

Great location just accross the beach and it has pool access. The room was just small and shower has No heater. The airconditioned was cold. Few things to take note if you will stay here is their internet is super slow. If you are planning to work while here this is not the location for you. They have a pool outside but probably because it was not change and people does not shower before swimming it has a stinky smell, never tried their pool. Take note they do not have restaurant where you can order food so prepare with your own food by buying outside or just eat outside. Just outside their hotel is a good restaurant that has good wifi. The rooms are small but cozy. Just a plain bed and rack for bags and items to place on. Has multiple outlets to charge electronics. Bathroom does not have heater but water temp is fine and not super cold. Has unlimited water refills in the lobby. They have a glass poll at the back of the rooms. Open until 10pm for your enjoyment.
