We went here for accomodations. The room itself was not really the best. However, the service and staff was really great.
The staff at the inn are one of the best people I've met in Siquijor and I didn't felt that they were doing it just for the sake of customer service. They are accommodating and very much understanding to our requests. They were also giving Siquijor recommendations. They made our stay a whole lot better.
The room for me was not good. It was not well ventilated, and it is hot, even with the air-conditioning. It was giving a sort of unique finish to it, but I personally didn't like it. I think some details can be made better.
The beachfront was also okay. However, since it was Habagat during our stay, the wind direction were pushing the seaweeds and debris to their shore. You would get to enjoy it more if stayed with them during Amihan season.
One of the highlights of our stay here was the yacht (a separate activity and fee). It was great food and drinks in the Salagdoong Bay. We really enjoyed it.
On another note, I heard the food was good. But I haven't tried anything other than the complimentary breakfast, which was okay. The one we had in the yacht was good though.
It is a good place. You can walk to a lot of places (restos and bars) from here. It definitely has great service. The room I think has a lot of space for improvement. Overall it was a good stay. With the people, it was...
Read moreStaying at a nearby hotel on a Saturday night , noise I can let go for once but the massive speakers vibrating floors this place has NO regards for its neighbours! I have a kid and the floor of my hotel is shaking!
They should have just started a place somewhere near JJ not an area where people are generally looking for peace and quiet.
The party wasn’t even busy.
What this place does is NOT cool and hiring a DJ with blasting speakers doesn’t make disturbing your neighbours any nicer.
If they want businesses specially from tourists who flew all the way to enjoy Siquijor’s stunning nature they should first behave as a polite member of society - respect the locals and tourists’ resting time . Some people have to wake up early and work even on Sundays, some travel with young kids.
Blasting “music” is an inconsiderate way of attracting businesses. Neighbours including elderly and children, also few other hotels nearby. I feel sorry for the hotel owners nearby they must have lost a lot of clients from this.
This is appalling and I urge others not to support this kind...
Read moreRoom needs improvement. Room 101 - Our air conditioner had a lot of mold in it (see attached picture). We asked management to please clean it before we came back but we returned with no change since they reasoned out it was fullybooked and they were very busy. Disappointing.
On our last day, it was also raining hard. Our ceiling was leaking, and our bed was soaked. After 1.5h of telling management, they said they would transfer us to another nearby resort. However it was to no avail since no other resort was available, which is understandable naman. Just wish that their facilities were better in the first place for 2k/night.
CR is filled with grout. Sink mechanics is also faulty.
There were so many mosquitoes in the room also, asked assistance regarding this but to no avail. Towels were like dirty rags. Food is just so-so, you might as well get the bang of your buck elsewhere. Beach is also covered in trash, which defeats the purpose of having a beachfront view.
Hoping for a better experience next time. :) This will sadly be our first and last stay in...
