Located at the heart of the downtown, I must say this budget hotel is a decent bang for your buck. Its very close to malls and restaurants- Mang Inasal and Janikka across the road. Stayed her with my wife for 2N & 3D. I see some reviews that the staffs are unkind but our experience tells us other. Probably because we don't ask too much for something except for our receipt and some directions. Now the rooms. Okay, the lobby first. They have enough seats for ten guests in their lobby with clocks set on different time zones. The corridors going to the rooms are spacious. There is also a dining area but I think they don't serve food there. However, there is an availble water dispenser where you can get hot and warm water for free. Back to the rooms. Like the corridors and lobbies, the rooms are quite spacious as well. There's a tv, hot and cold shower, bidet, hangers, tables, and a chair. The aircondition is a bit weak though. If I rate it 1-10 with 10 being the coldest, its only at 5. Probably because the aircon is old and the room is big. It does gets colder at night and thats good for us since we were only in the room for the night. We also had a problem with the toilet. The water was overflowing but we managed to fix it. The hotel and our room is clean. There is however, some stains on the ceiling but that didn't bother us. Check in starts at 1pm and check out is at 11.30am. Careful not to overstay without informing the lobby or else you'll pay 1,00 pesos PER HOUR. We stayed in a premium room since there were still vacancies and paid 2.2k for our 2-day stay. Follow me for more reviews and tips.

Good location right in the central of downtown which 40peso to go to Robinson North, walking distance to Savemore and Tacloban market. The best thing is strong wifi and mobile signal

I needed a one night stop-over hotel and decided to try Hacasi Hotel. It is in the absolute center of downtown Tacloban and a little noisy in the evening. The check-in staff was very cordial and helpful; they even had me order my breakfast that evening to be ready at 6:00 a.m. I wanted a shower, but there was no water in the evening, but plenty of water and hot water if that is what you desire in the morning. The room was very large and comfortable. Curious that there was only a bottom sheet on the bed with a comforter style cover. I was uncomfortable using the comforter as a cover because I didn't shower. Having a bed with no top sheet was strange. At 6:00 a.m. the staff there had no idea about my breakfast order and seem upset about it. Soon an adequate breakfast appeared.

The best part of my stay was a massage that was ordered from a massage service. I have had many massages and am a massage therapist myself. Without question I had one of the best, most caring massages...

the location is good but the staff in here is isn't. this is the worst one just stay here for 1 night for 2 rooms as i bring my family along and we need shampoo in the morning as we leaving for a flight the staff get upset saying that 1 shampoo is already for 2 people and its only a cut shampoo, The shower heater is not working either in premium room i ask for it and the receptionist says that premium room doesn't have a heater it's only in deluxe room 🤣 the worst experience ever .. If i didn't do walk-in in here i might be talking to the customer service of the booking apps. to the owner of this hotel manage well your hotel and staff. I do not...
