Service 4/5. They helped me through their tight parking space, check in was smooth, room was neat clean and the layout was very well designed like a boutique hotel. Decoration was very much in style. Location: Difficult to park but luckily they had extra parking at the back. If no car, it was near all the passenger stops, near several restaurants and right in front of a hospital. Food: To be fair I only had the free breakfast. Small serving of juicy pork tapa served with sunny side up egg, garlic fried rice, pickled cucumber and fresh papaya. Orange juice on the side. ketchup spelled hotel lorenza on the bottom but not enough to add even the slightest flavor to the egg. Pork was a little sweet but well seasoned, sunny side up egg lacked some salt, garlic fried rice lacked flavor and kind of mushy, pickled cucumber needs more sugar and vinegar, fresh papaya not sweet. Orange juice prepackaged

Design and setup of the room is beautiful they might consider changing thin blankets to duvet. Comfort room is quite small for me. They serve complimentary breakfast which is okay - choice of filipino breakfast or continental. I hope they can change instant coffee to brewed coffee and bigger serving. Staff are accomodating and very helpful!

Nicely located in the City. Room was spacious and clean. All their staff were very attentive and courteous. Parking is first come first served basis but I was able to park inside their compound during my stay. Breakfast was reasonable for the price.

We needed a place to stay for a night on our way back to Manila, and I thought of this |hotel(had seen it a month ago, but did not stay) We got a deluxe room good for 2 adults and an extra bed for our 12 year old son. The room was big enough for the three or us. It was clean. It has a small ref. Bathroom was big and clean. For a price of P2100.00 plus P450 for the extra bed, the room exceeded my expectation. You will just need to buy your own toiletries as they provide only a small soap. But this is a just small problem that you can solve by going to a store beside the hotel. It is also located along Veteranos Ave where jeepneys going to the airport pass by. Being also in the downtown area, everything you need like restos, groceries, banks and bakeries are near. It serves also delicious dishes. You can also try their barbeque (pork, chicken, etc) every...

After my very bad experience with Hotel XYZ, this hotel saves me from roaming around the street in Tacloban. I got a good rate as a walk in guest. The staff were nice especially the kitchen staff and the guard. I need to leave the hotel at 3:30 AM and asked for the pack breakfast & the kitchen staff were so accommodating to fulfill my request even though it was not a 24 hour restaurant. They will give you a pack breakfast for 2 even you're alone staying in the room. I like hotels who do this since I can always share the other 1 to our driver. The room was clean, wifi was fast and everything else were functioning. The only downside, they don't have complimentary bottled water and the only toiletries are soap & tissue. Nevertheless, this was a good...
